      Beyond Finance owes me a refund:All fees and interest charged on accounts that became legal or were threatened with legal action, in violation of Beyond Finances stated policies.A full reimbursement of all payments made toward accounts that were not settled within the promised range or that exceeded the original balance.Below is a summary of the unresolved issues that must be rectified immediately:1. Deceptive ********************** Practices I was directed to Beyond Finance through *********** under false pretenses, when looking for a loan. Instead, I was funneled into a debt settlement program that promised legal protection, settlement negotiations, and structured financial relief and bi weekly payments that would never be raisednone of which were delivered.I suspect that Beyond Finances relationship with *********** was designed to generate financial kickbacks at my expens.2. Failure to **************** Legal Action Despite notifying Beyond Finance in January 2024 of a pending lawsuit, and asking what it would take financially to avoid further escalation I was assured that the ** team would intervene and prevent escalation. This was not done, and I was subsequently sued in December 2024.Even after the lawsuit was filed, ** did nothing to assist in negotiating a settlement, forcing me to handle legal matters myself. Another lawsuit followed with similar outcome.3. Unauthorized & Excessive Fees I was never informed that my *************** account ****** had been transferred to ***************** raising concerns that Beyond Finance deliberately withheld this information to continue charging me fees.Beyond Finance must fully reverse at least $5,581 in improper charges.Beyond Finance must refund no less than $1,053 for payments made toward mismanaged accounts.4. Harassment to accept settlement offers that were greater then the original debt amount and promises to review this account that were never fullfilled.

      At the time of your requested termination, you had approved offers on three of your enrolled accounts.  Of those, two were completed and one was in progress. 


      Review confirmed that you were properly educated that the product you elected to enroll on was not a loan option.  You were provided, in writing, all details of the program and how it is designed.  Included in this enrollment agreement is clear and transparent information about the possibility of accounts moving into a legal status.  This can be referenced in sections 13. Disclaimer and reads, in part, as follows:


      "Although, services provided by the Company aim to reduce the Clients outstanding debts with creditors, the Company cannot prevent a creditor from taking legal action against them, and the Company cannot offer any guarantee whatsoever that legal actions will not be commenced by the Clients creditors."


      Beyond Fiance worked to secure resolution, but is limited by funds available in your dedicated account.


      Additionally, all fees were earned and collected within the established expectations as set forth in section 11. (a) Program Fees:


      "Program fees are due and earned when: (i) the Company reaches a resolution on an enrolled debt with a creditor, (ii) the Client accepts and agrees to the new terms, and (iii) the first payment of the new agreed upon terms is made to the creditor"


      While Beyond Finance dutifully presented you with all available offers, you were never advised that you were required to move forward with any of them.


      Beyond Finance was successfully servicing your program in alignment with all established and provided expectations.

      Lost my job and couldn't pay 4 of my credit card payments, so hired debt consolidation company named " Beyond Finance" .Total debt enrolled is $16295.38. They settled with $10435.9 for all 4 credit cards last 10month. I paid by weekly $418. 95 and paid total $8947.95 for last 10 months. After 10 month, beyond made payment towards my credit card settlement of? $3,947.68.I asked them that i would like to change once in a month payment plan. They replied me that monthly payment will be $914.00 until the last payment of October 2026. They are asking to pay total settlement of $10435.9 , I have to pay them around $23400 which is more than my original credit card debt of $16295.38.I asked where is the remaining money as I already paid them $8947.95 so far and they paid $3,947.68 towards my installment . Beyond finance said it is all program fee which meaning their program fee is over 100% which I was never told and it is more than the original credit card debt.Who will hire debt consolidation company who charge you over %100 fee?so I asked them to cancel my account and return my remaining balance. They said it is all program fee and can't refund. This is very much scam business targeting innocent people who tried to pay back credit debt even though with no job and no income. I would like to get refund of the remaining balance of $8947.95 - $3,947.68 = $5000.27

      Beyond Finance, LLC **************************************************** ********************************* ********************************************************************************************************************** Re: Termination of Agreement and Demand for Refund Account Ending #**** Dear Beyond Finance, LLC: I am writing regarding the above-referenced account to 1) terminate our debt resolution agreement (Agreement); 2) withdraw my authorization for Beyond Finance, LLC (BF) and/or ********************************* (CFTpay) to make automatic debits from my bank checking account ; 3) withdraw my authorization for BF and/or CFTpay to communicate and negotiate with creditors and collection agencies, to obtain documents about debts I allegedly owe, or to release funds from my ****** dedicated account to creditors; 4) revoke the power of attorney I provided BF; 5) demand a return of all funds remaining in my designated account with ******, account number above referenced; 6) demand statements of my credit accounts showing payments made and balances remaining; and 7) demand an immediate refund for the months I paid BF and/or CFTpay, from September 14, 2023 through the present. ** promised me that if I paid it according to the agreed-upon monthly payment schedule, it would use my funds to negotiate settlements of 4 credit accounts. BFs services have been unsatisfactory and/or in breach of our Agreement in the following ways: I came to BF with $62,058.00 in credit card debt for 4 accounts that you agreed to resolve. Since September 2023, I have paid $18,314.73. While ** claimed to negotiate settlements, my accounts remain UNPAID and reported as bad debt, hurting my credit rating.       Beyond finance continues to contact me to raise the payment other than what was agreed upon. The tell me that one of my creditors is threatening legal action. So they can get more money than what was agreed to. We pay 730 a month. They arent staying true to what they promise. Im a veteran and they say they specialize in helping vets.

      Rest assured that any increase to your monthly deposit does not reflect an increase to the program fee earned by Beyond Finance, it simply allows you to enter into new resolution offers.

      I have been trying to recieve funds that I placed into the program which they said was fully refundable but it is taking an extreme amount of time (over a month so far to recieve funds) and they keep telling me to keep waiting and I feel like I will have to begin taking legal action against Beyond Finance to help others understand that they will never give funds back without a lawsuit.

      I enrolled in beyond finance program in 2023 and the sales representative really sold the program and made it sound too good to be true. At first, they were great and delivered the promises in resolving a few of my accounts. As I progressed to about 9 months to a year into the program it became stagnant and no more effort in trying to resolve my accounts. I contacted them multiple times to ask why and their answer was always, we need to build your funds before we try to negotiate any more. I started receiving lawsuit threats and contacted beyond finance to do what I am paying them for and they failed to make any attempt to contact these accounts. I had to go to court and resolve 3 accounts myself in which didnt take much effort in contacting them and doing it myself. I started receiving bankruptcy advertisements last week in which was too familiar from previous lawsuits so i checked my public record and there was a new lawsuit from a previous accounts that had filed a lawsuit in the past,that beyond finance negotiated with and agreed on an offer and was suppose to be paying. I called beyond finance immediately to find out what was going on with this account because it was already settled and they informed me that they hadnt made a payment since November. Ive called 4 different times to find out answers and why they havent been paying and most importantly why they havent contacted me about the matter. . Every time Ive called its been a different story. One story was because the account holder did not send proper paperwork for the negotiation offer and to protect me, and another story and no one knows whats going on. When i got the first lawsuit from this company i asked that they be prioritized due to them being more aggressive and i wanted to avoid being sued. Now I'm being sued for the second time from the same account due to *********************** negligence in which could have been avoided. I had no idea they werent paying on the account.

      Records indicate that you have had the opportunity to address your concern with the reference account with an account manager on May 12, 2025 and they were able to explain why the resolution was lost.  A new offer was secured and you elected not to move forward with it.

      I signed up for this service a long time ago and even after paying for the credit card debt they kept on charging me 270 dollars a month. I have called three times to cancel the charges but they keep charging me. I can't access the money they charge!!

      They advertise as providing a solid method to consolidate your debt. Once you speak to them, they will tell you how they are able to fix your credit in the long run. After you sign up, you think you are making payments to the debt. Instead you are making payments to their fees they collect. By the time your finished the fee payments, thats when they start to contact the creditors. At this time, you're already left with missed payments and delinquent payments. THOSE DO NOT GO AWAY. I finished the program with nothing showing negative in my credit report. After a few months of completion, the missed payments and delinquent payments began showing up. I guess the way they handle things with the creditors are not in good practice. Now i'm stuck with missed payments and delinquent payments for 7 years. I've contacted beyond over 6 times regarding this issue. But now that i'm finished, they give me the run around that I need to contact the creditors. They've told me they sent emails of files to send the credit bureau, but never sent it. Ive talked to 4 representatives that lie to me directly saying they sent the email, which none arrived. I noticed once they look into my account, and realize that I am no longer giving them money, they start giving attitude. The friendly helpful attitude disappears instantly.

      I opened this account 12/2024, since then monthly fees have been automictically deducted from my checking. The company was really quick with getting settlement on one of 6 accounts I arranged with them. Two of the six are with the same company, so not sure why both accounts were not settled. I sent several emails 2/3/25 and again in March and again in April 1 about my concerns, I received an email April 9th with them finally responding to my discomfort and unhappiness. The message I sent on 4/1 stated someone would be in contact within ***** hours. Never happened. Today finally someone called me back after I did a chat message with a representative from the company. *******, was fast talking phone the was phone constantly breaking up. Then I felt she tried to bully me to stay with company by stating you will owe us if you close your account, stating I will be charged a service fee that is more then my account balance, when they only settled one account. And of course she is now telling me the company has phone calls in this week with my creditors for settlement offers. I understood my credit score would take a small hit, however I went from being in the 700 to the 500. They suggested I stop paying creditors, I also sent them three other messages from creditors calling for payment, and Beyond has not responded to me or the creditors because the creditors keep calling me for payment. I was told my credit would start picking back within 6 months, we are at month 5 don't see that happening. I am being charged fees monthly over and over again when they have received 1 settlement offer. I want to close my account I will make arrangement myself as this company is not doing it. They have completed four payments of 94$ on one account so I don't expect to get that refunded and monthly services of 9.75 for 4 months. However the remaining balance ****** I want refunded back to me the amount I have paid into the program. Thanks for your help.

      My account has been open for six months and how is that after 2 months of being in the program I had enough money in the account with your company to  receive an offer and now 4 months later I have not received any other offers and money is still being taken out of my account. How are you charging me for Settlements when you have only been able to offer settlement on one account of the six I have and the one account that was settled on I actually have 2 accounts with them. Why is it that only one account was settled on. 

      I felt that when I called and emailed my request were ignored. When I finally spoke with someone I felt bullied and belittled and threated with more debt.  I do not want to keep this account with your company and would like to close out my program and receive the request for refund offered in my original complaint. 

      I don't feel safe with your company after speaking with one of representative.
