      After contacting Beyond Finance I had what I thought was a detailed explanation of thereget out of debt resolution offer. I remember asking the gentleman I was speaking to what was there fee he replied many times nothing that they had a government subsidy after being sent numerous papers via Docusign ) in very small print. I signed and began paying them a monthly fee. I was happy to see my account grow as I waited for a response from creditors. So six months goes by and then I see my dedicated account drop to zero. This was in December 2024. I failed to question as I lost my job and could only pay a portion of the deposit for January. In February I was able to pay my portion of the deposits and reviewed my account. Not one ***** was paid to any of my creditors. When I called customer support I was told that they charge 25% of all my enrolled debt. And that all this was in the paperwork that I signed. I asked why would you pay yourself for work that has not been accomplished. And that I was never told it would cost me ***** to have the service. Once again I was told that it was in the paperwork I signed. I continue to pay my monthly fees, even pay a few hundred more this last month. I find the salesman mislead me and never told me upfront that they would charge 25% fee and that they would pay themselves first. I have three more creditors to be contacted and its been almost a year since Ive started the process. Beyond finance should be transparent when selling their service. And not pay themselves first work they havent done yet.

      I enrolled with Beyond Finance in 2023 to help settle multiple debts through their debt consolidation program. I was promised that they would negotiate with my creditors and either pay off or settle my accounts for less than the full balance owed.However, despite making payments to Beyond Finance, several of my accounts were either never settled or not addressed at all. Specifically, a personal loan with ************ was charged off and sold to another lender without any settlement being reached. Additionally, a *********** account that I was assured would be included in the program remains unpaid, with *********** confirming that no payment was ever made through Beyond Finance.There were also several other credit cards that were supposed to be serviced under the program but were either mishandled, charged off without settlement, or left unresolved. Beyond Finance has not provided adequate updates or transparency regarding these accounts, and I was not properly informed of any issues during the process.I have requested a detailed breakdown of what Beyond Finance has done with the funds I paid, but I have not received satisfactory information or clarification. I feel that Beyond Finance misrepresented their services, failed to act in my best financial interests, and caused unnecessary damage to my credit profile.I am requesting a full accounting of all payments made to Beyond Finance, clear documentation of what was paid to creditors, and a refund for any services that were not rendered. Additionally, I expect Beyond Finance to take responsibility for the accounts that were not properly handled.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the complaint to additional consumer protection agencies.

      Beyond Finance deceives its potential clients into signing a contract for debt settlement. I am currently dealing with legal action taken against me by a creditor who was not contacted by Beyond Finance in a timely manner. I signed up in october of 2023 and **************** was not contacted until January 2025. Beyond finance instructed me to stop making payments back in october 2023 and is now trying to settle my debt for more then my original debt.

      Review confirmed that the possibility of accounts moving into legal status was covered during your enrollment interaction.  This information can be located in your enrollment agreement under paragraph 13. Disclaimer.  It reads, in part, as follows:


      "Although, services provided by the Company aim to reduce the Clients outstanding debts with creditors, the Company cannot prevent a creditor from taking legal action against them, and the Company cannot offer any guarantee whatsoever that legal actions will not be commenced by the Clients creditors."

      A particular debt was sold to a third party who is known for filing suits to collect. I contacted a representative requesting information to escalate this specific debt and was told that I have to come up with $xxx for a lump sum payment to settle that debt. Said deposit was made on March 20, 2025. I sent several emails asking for the status and subsequently called on April 28, 2025 and spoke to ******. ****** was very nice and helpful, but clearly scripted. The debt was never escalated. Turns out instead of contacting the creditor and negotiating this specific debt, the funds were removed and applied as a settlement fee. I requested that the settlement fee be returned to the account and applied to the creditor, which ****** advised would not happen. NOW the debt will be escalated and I don't have the funds.

      When I called to get information about how this programmed worked, there was important information withheld from me to make a informormed decision.The lady who described it, and basically talked me into it did not disclose the outrageous fees associated. I was only told that Beyonds fees were included in the monthly payments. Your dedicated account with them doea not show anything but when a deposit was made,,and your balance,before it disappears. When your money disappears from the account , it does not tell you where it went.if it went to a creditor, or their pockets.Secondly, there were about 4 accounts that sat in review since the day I started this program. I uploaded every negotiation letter, nothing. My credit score got ruined, I have creditors coming after me because they were not doing there job. There was no rreason o stay in a program at charged me $1100 a month, and takes more money than any creditor saw.This last creditor, settled with $13000.and something they were paying a $1 a month..where did the reat of the money go, *********** saw all of $13 and they are charging. $5242 fee for that. I don't not want this to progress,I will if I have to, I would like at least a refund of $5242 for this last account. The rest that was stolen, I'll just take the loss

      You were progressing successfully through your program when you elected to terminate.  In order to pursue additional offers, there must be enough accumulated available funds in your dedicated account.  Given the fast pace in which offers were presented, you were in a period of accumulation.


      Beyond structures resolutions in a manner which allows you to take advantage of being in multiple offers at one time.  Review confirmed all fees were earned and collected in accordance with expectations.

      If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. This company uses a persons financial hardships to make profit. They are a predatory company. They lied to me from the very first call I had. I was told that my monthly payment included all fees and would never increase. Each time that I had an account negotiated I had to pay money upfront (up to $4000) and/or my monthly payment went up. When I signed up my monthly payment was $140 ish twice a month and when I finally got out of the program my payments were $1200 a month. This is in no way financially beneficial to an individual. They take advantage of your hardship and profit off of your vulnerable position. I was sued by TWO of my accounts over this. When this happened Beyond referred me to their sister company who wrote a letter for me (which I had to supply to the court and send priority mail to my creditor for $$) and then told me I was on my own if the company decides to take further legal action or I am unable to meet the financial and or time sensitive demands the creditors were asking (like paying off $12,000 in 6 payments which is not possible ON TOP of my regular scheduled payments). When I asked if they would provide a lawyer to represent me since I was SUED over their ADVICE to STOP paying the creditors, they told me no. That in the event of a court date I was on my own. Lovely!! Their customer support is AWFUL. Always talking to someone different and getting mixed information constantly. When they finally get you into a position that is no longer financially possible (which they absolutely will) you are magically pre approved for their graduation loan. With a high interest rate and 6 YEARS of payments. Again taking advantage of your financial situation. I BEG you to stay away from this company. At the end of the day I encourage you to do your research and stay far away from this company.

      Hired them to settle accounts thought they did their job. Come to find out they didnt . Accounts that were closed werent paid off. Cant get settlement letters untill beyond proves they did or didnt make a payment and they wont help me . Situation keeps getting escalated . Sure took my money though

      First off, Beyond Finance makes it clear that this is not a debt consolidation business, but instead a debt resolution business. I signed up because of Beyonds sales pitch that they would communicate and work with the creditors on my behalf. It seemed great as I was paying $346.77 a month. However, 5 months in I received a notice from one of the creditors for a $950 a month garnishment. They obviously were not communicating with the creditors. When I called they asked for writ of garnishment and I sent it. Then they told me sorry, nothing we can do, but your regular payment is still due. When I called Beyond to cancel the representative said per the contract I owe them an additional $911. Theyve already taken $1,500 of the $2,200 Ive paid to pay themselves. They did not live up to their end of the deal, but they insist on continuing to get paid. My new credit card payments per month are $1,400. Im in a worse position after using this company. Highly unethical company.

      Review confirmed that during your enrollment interactions you were transparently advised of the possibility of creditor litigation.  


      Beyond Finance provided you with the option to leave your creditor in active resolution enrolled, however you declined this option and elected to move forward with termination.  At that point, as Beyond Finance had met all criteria to earn and collect the fee related to the authorized and executed resolution, the remainder of the fee became due.  All fees were collected and earned in accordance with the established expectations as set forth in your enrollment agreement.

      On march 26th, I decided to cancel on the program. I talked to someone on the phone and we had a good talk and agreement that I will withdraw the funds on my dedicated account which is $1145. I was told it will take 3-5 business days. I waited a week then reached out to customer service regarding the funds. I was told that they had to reprocessed it due to an error on their end. I was told to wait another 3-5 business days. On April 9th, I got an amount of $4.74 in my bank account from **********************. I reached out again since I should get $1145. I was told that I need to wait for 10 days. Its April 22nd and I still havent gotten anything. Everytime I talk to customer service they keep on telling me to wait but telling me different information. Some will says wait 3-5 days. Others will say up to 10 days and the last one I talked to is 14 days. My problem was not resolved and I did not get any money back.
