      I questioned the resolution fee on multiple occasions with this company and each time I called I was assured that they were taking that fee out of my monthly payment and would not be taking a chunk of money from my dedicated account at one time. Low and behold they took $1500 out of my account for their "fee" and then only paid my creditor ****** out of the 3500 that I owed the creditor. They refuse to return this fee regardless that the balance was not resolved. They are preying on people by having a confusing contract and when you call yo question the details they present it falsely so that you will not end the contract. I want thus ********************************************* and did nothing with.

I entered into an agreement with Beyond Finance, which required me to pay $97.93 twice per month. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service, as it did not meet my expectations or provide the assistance I was led to believe I would receive. Beyond Finance lack of communication, failure to negotiate debts as promised, misleading information, etc. Due to these shortcomings, I no longer wish to continue with their program and am requesting a refund for the payments I have made. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Beyond Finance, but they refused to issue a refund, Therefore, I am seeking the BBBs assistance in mediating this issue. i would appreciate any support in obtaining a full refund of the payments I made under the agreement.

      I enrolled my debt with Beyond Finance, and they have been withdrawing funds from my bank account for over eight months, accumulating a surplus exceeding $1700.00 Despite this, they've made very little progress in reaching out to my creditors. When I signed up, I provided all the necessary documentation and confirmed over the phone that no additional information would be required. However, they are now requesting statements and the original contracts from my creditorsdocuments I don't haveshifting the responsibility back onto me to handle these collectors.I would like to end my business with Beyond Finance.

      I hired this company to help me resolve debt. The motto is no additional debt incurred. In the beginning they failed to inform me of a plan that would have them respond to any court cases filed by my creditors. I have been sued 3 times since starting with them. In a year and a half they have failed to resolve once debt unless I was actually sued by a creditor. They have actually cost me much more in money with legal fees and interest than I orginally entered in with their company. They do not return phone calls. They do not follow up on legal actions begin taken. The represent themselves to help consumers get out of debt soon and for less. In my case I will be in debt much longer and already owe more than I originally started with all because they will not communicate with me on a timely basis so I can only assume they do not communicate with my creditors on a timely manner either.

      Beyond finance I payed them for resolution, on a credit card and the credit card company says they never received the funds. I have called and talked to beyond finance that always says they will mail and email me the information probably 15 times never have I received the proper ach number the credit card company is looking for to resolve this debt. There replies are always this could take 48 to 72 hours but nothing ever comes. I dont know what to do. I payed for a service but the service never got completed on their end.

      I had a joint account with ******* ****** her phone number is ************ her email is ************************ my info is **** ****** ************ my email is ******************** I have called 15+ times every time beyond finance says we will get you the information you need to settle this but never delivers. Beyond has a hard time locating my account because I am a Legacy client but after 20 minutes finds my account and then nothing ever happens. Ive got incident numbers but  when I call back with the incident no one has a record of it ****** my program number is P-23172 I think I have been scammed ***** dollars because no one will help me with this matter that I paid beyond to handle you can call or email me to get this resolved anytime ************ or ********************

      I enrolled several credit card accounts with Beyond Finance in July of 2023, to settle debts I incurred during a period of unemployment following the pandemic. This included two accounts with Discover. At the time, I was not informed that Discover is particularly aggressive in pursuing repayments. This information, had it been provided to me, might have influenced my decision to enroll with BF. Following instructions I was given when I enrolled with BF, I ceased making payments to Discover and waited for BF to come back with a settlement offer. Discover demanded large additional initial payments, even though we finally reached a settlement offer for one account, Discover went ahead with suing me in small claims court in October 2024 over the same account we had already reached a settlement agreement for. Despite being able to provide proof of the settlement and payments made towards it, I was told this counted as a judgement against **** have since been laid off from my job, and am collecting unemployment. Despite this, ******** continues to refuse to offer any settlement offers for my second account that do not include massive initial payments which I have made clear, in communications with Beyond Finance, I cannot afford. I am making a good faith effort to repay my debt, and am being prevented from doing so. I feel that Beyond Finance misled me when I enrolled by withholding information that could have impacted my decision, and that they are now failing to adequately advocate for me to ********. I want a realistic offer, or other options for settling my debts, and I want Beyond Finance to be accountable for their deceptive practices.

       The pending offer is one that requires an additional initial deposit, which I have repeatedly made clear I cannot afford, as I am currently unemployed. Do not insult my intelligence by repeating information I already have as if it in any way addresses my complaints or is in at all relevant to
      them.

      Additionally, I will not accept any response that does not acknowledge Beyond Finance's deceptive practices. A disclaimer stating that accounts "may" ensure up in court is not adequate. Knowing before I signed up that DISCOVER, speculation, is "extremely aggressive in pursuing payment" (a direct quote from more than one of your representatives) may have influenced my decision to enroll in your program, therefore withholding that information from me was deceptive. Do not ignore my concerns about this issue.

      Beyond finance approved payments to a creditor without my consent and then began charging egregious fees to my account without my knowledge. I received an offer from my creditor to which I originally declined. Shortly thereafter I received the same offer from the creditor and let it sit. I then check my account one day and find that beyond finance is now paying the creditor and themselves. I never approved or signed any offers yet they attached another customers paperwork to my account on 11/18/24 and began making payments on 11/19/24. They have claimed that I approved this offer but they are the ones who have made a clerical error and have even attached someone else's signed agreement with that persons name on it and now are refusing to correct the mistake. They also claimed I owe over $3000 in remaining fees to them and once I claimed I wanted to cancel my account and that I wanted to withdraw my funds, they went in deducted the rest of the funds in my account as a fee".I will be seeking legal action in pursuit of the full amount of money that I deposited into my account totaling $5,018.94 and have an appointment with my attorney tomorrow 3/14/25.I have attached supporting documents to this complaint so that Beyond finance may review and correct these issues prior to legal action.

      This is a debt relief program that collected over ***** from me. 5 months into it I quit the program and got $21 back! None of my debts were paid and I lost all of that money!!!! They said it went towards their fees but cant explain what those fees are!

      Before and after I had sign up with this company.we had talk about which credit cards I should start with and which one were to be put off later. I was very concerned about one that had a two year free interest loan and that the two year was about to expire.also I explained that I didnt know how to use my phone as a computer very good and that I had a hearing impairment . I had to keep calling them to make sure I had understood what they had told me and to make sure they were going to talk care of the situation of the two free interest rate with the loan. As of today they havent contacted the creditors and keep telling me lies. One lie they said that they were waiting to get the funds to go forward with it. So I had agreed to pay more to be put into my account so they could pay this to the credit card company so back in February I put $700 into my account with ********************** and now its gone and they are still telling me that they are still waiting for the funds to accumulate in my account before they can proceed. Also with another account they have done with *****************,they had contacted me about a offer.but beyond had told me not to speak with them or any other company that they would handle all accounts I seen the offer Navy ************ had given me I believe that this offer was made even before beyond new About it I tried to check this out but the bank said that they can only go back so fare and wouldnt be able to see what date they emailed me.       I was enrolled with Beyond Finance for debt relief. My purpose of this complaint is to bring light to the purposely vague and shady business practices that lead to me being sued by a creditor and losing thousands of dollars already paid to creditors before removing myself voluntarily from their program. Their sales team made the program seem it was government backed, assured me my payment would stay consistent throughout the program, and that I was covered by their team legally when dealing with the creditors. I was sued as a result, completely trusting this program would protect me, and was forced into bankruptcy as the creditor settlement payment increased 245%. I wish to bring light to this dishonest company's dealings and bring action against them for knowingly and willingly disenfranchising, misleading and lying to their customers. Had I known the extent of what I would endure in their program, I never would have become a customer and trusted them to help in what I thought was a protected legal debt resettlement that was government backed. It actually floors me that their business model is legal; It's outright a lie.
