I can not complain in regards to their customer service, they have always been great when I've spoken with them. However, I would never suggest this as a solution for debt relief. I ended up pulling about 4 of my accounts because Beyond Finance did not offer me the best options. If you are already signed up, try reaching out to your debt companies to settled directly. I actually got better settlements by avoiding fees charged by Beyond Finance. One of my large balances that I left with Beyond had a starting balance of $3k by the time Beyond attempted to settle the balance was $4k. The settlement they extended to me, which included their fees, was MORE than my starting balance. The companies I ended up working with directly, informed me that they do not give a better settlement amount to debt consolidation companies; They offer the same whether they are working with the customer or the company. If you are still thinking of signing up, I would say avoid it! You will start with a balance much lower than what they will settle for you because by they time they are settling your accounts you've accumulated so much interest and fees that you are paying more than what you started with in debt, so please if you are having financial hardship reach out to the lenders directly. I wish I would have done so, so many informed me that they would have offered me assistance had I just called. I truly believe I could have saved money had I done this on my own and saved my credit, rather than trying to rebuild it. I should have researched more, but when you are going through a life set back it's hard to put it all together. I hope this helps someone out there!Beyond Finance

When your back's against the wall and you're struggling to pay the minimums on you credit cards you really have no better choice. You can continue to pay the credit card companies what you can and have them charge you crazy amounts of interest over the next many years or take a deep breath and ask this company for help. They don't judge or make you feel ashamed.One of my worries was the damage this process would do to my good credit, but think about it, that's what got me into this mess in the first place, and yes it may take a hit for a while but it will recover. Paying the minimum on your cards will end up costing you so much more and take many more years. Make the call...you won't regret it!Beyond Finance
