***** was very personable yet extremely professional. She put me at ease about a hard subject to talk about but the conversation was necessary. She fully explained the answers to all my questions especially the pros and cons. I feel like i am on the right track to solving my debts. I feel like I can relax even though there will be tough times dealing with the creditors until the program gets on track.Thank you so much *****. WHEW!!! i was quite nervous calling today. my GOOD luck is that ************************************** was on the other side of the phone.! in the past 8 days i have received 3-5 emails from an UNKNOWN company giving me this ****** my name, a "LOAN" amount, a monthly payment, PHONE # to call & "ACCEPT" the ********* for my SS# ...XXX_XX_XXXX...i panicked because their name was something NEW to me...i asked Miss ******** if this was something new from BEYOND FINANCE she assured me that NOPE not you guys....i had told her that the past week has been horrendous; & i couldn't be 'sure' the e-mails weren't from BS...Miss ******* answered every question i had; she reassured me that this definitely wasn't BS. what was great CS is that she listened to me; asked a question or two; to clarify & was polite, patient & knowledgeable. i admit that i might not have made much sense on my side of the phone call...however, Miss ******* walked me through the conversation & at no time did i feel like she was just trying to get me off the phone!!please put a GOLD STAR next to her name...i believe that she enjoys her job & is a GREAT example of what EVERY company would like to have in each & everyone of their employees!!Beyond Finance
