I was hoping by now you would have been in contact with my creditors s they would stop their constant attempts to reach me in all hours of the day. I was impressed by having a quick negotiation on one creditor and allowing me to accept the offer.

I worked so hard to rebuild my credit starting from 2014 until 2021 I was at a 740 January 2021 and after suffering from the loss of my husband in March of 2021 and being off work for an extended period of time due to therapy and Covid(some without pay). I fell behind on my credit cards. Just added devastation to the blows Ive already taken. I went from 740 credit score to a 413 in just about a year. I think this was a wise choice on my part to becoming financially free. Im confident and excited to be working with Beyond Finace. Both ***** and ****** gave me added reassurance and the confidence I needed to move forward with process of resolving my debt. I couldnt be more happy with my decision. They kept my monthly payments in a more than responsible range and are saving me thousands of dollars in interest. With additional support. The experience of dealing with professionals that aren't judging your past credit issues make this an easy process. Sometimes good people just need help from time to time. I do not want to just turn a blind eye to my obligations but at the same time, asking for some help to navigate through tough times isn't a bad thing. Today I got a call from beyond finance about a settlement. They did help me settle two debts, but the last one has been very hard for whatever reason. Few months back they said the company that I am trying to settle the debt with will no longer negotiate and wants to be paid in full. Now all of a sudden they want to settle but it's not even close to really helping me at all. I asked the rep to show me the settlement offer abs letter from the company and he said no. That's none of your business. I then said. It sounds like beyond finance is making it seem like they want to settle so you guys can get your fee. The point to help a client is to negotiate the best settlement not one that aligns best with your interest. Rep stated, I will look out for my interest before yours. Thank you for showing me your true colors beyond finance. I will be opting out. I'll Look for help elsewhere.Beyond Finance

I got a call back, saying they helped settle my debt. The debt was around 900 less from the original amount owed, if i would take the settlement, i would owe thousands more than the original debt. It appears Beyond Finance only wanted their fee more eagerly than actually helping a client. They also continue to charge me fees even though the debt was not resolved and the program is closed. Thieves is what they are, and only look out for their own interest not yours. As long as they get their fee, you as the client dont matter. I recommend other companies please. I will also use my social media platforms to inform thousands who will also share my story, so others can see, Beyond Finance are thieves and only care about themselves.
