    *************************. Terrible customer support. They have told us multiple times that Dexcom isnt a good fit for our 3 yr old and its his fault that their trash product breaks and fails. They tell us to call our doctor every 3rd time there is an issue. IMPOSSIBLE for them to take fault for an issue and to provide a replacement. If it comes, its usually 15 days later.

    Want to be treated like you'r an idiot? Just call customer support when you have a failed sensor. My sensor stopped working after 2 days. Woke up feeling lightheaded and dizzy so looked at my monitor that lost connection 2 hrs earlier and said replace sensor. Manually checked my sugars and was at 3.6. Called customer support for replacement sensor. You'd think I was asking for her home address and bank account number. Talked to me like I was a child. I'm 55 and guessing from the voice it was someone my kids age. No replacement sensor. My advice go Libre 3. My brother uses them and hasn't had issues. So back to manual testing for 8 days and hope next sensor is going to work better. DO NOT BUY DEXCOM!!!!!!!!!!

    They did not ship my replacement sensors as promised. I had issues with the transmitter and used up my sensors trying to correct this issue. My insurance would not cover more since I had just gotten them. When I called Dexcom 10 days later and still no sensors I was told It was "still being processed." Now, I am out of sensors, no email from Dexcom as customer service promised, no offer to overnight these supplies (or at least one...) when I spoke with customer service, and customer service told me they would "escalate this up the chain." This is the first issue I have had with Dexcom, but I took them at their word and now I am very disappointed in them and their service.

    Dexcom G7 receiver, not working/pairing and under warranty. Called dexcom tech support and went through 4 sensors trying to get the receiver to work again. Dexcom G7 has a 5 year warranty and I have 2 years left on my receiver warranty. Dexcom refused to replace the receiver.

    Absolutely horrible company! Do whatever you can to eliminate any possible need to interact with them. TWO of their devices became dysfunctional on the SAME DAY so they agreed to "expedite" the replacements for my newly diagnosed 13 year old daughter. Two days later, no updates from the company. I called on the day it was supposed to be shipped and every day after that -- and every day both the representative and the supervisor gave the same lame, pathetic response "I'm sorry, I apologize, I will expedite this. You will have it tomorrow or the next day." It is unconscionable that they do this to people, much less children. My daughter has to do the finger ****** now multiple times a day because they can't get a device onto a ***** truck and are completely dishonest. Please save yourself the agony of dealing with this horrible company.

    Dexcom G7 sensor readings are showing always higher than test strips results readings. Here are my sample tests results.1) G7 reading=272 but, test strip reading=170 difference = +102 2) G7 reading=147 but, test strip reading=122 difference = +102 3) G7 reading=246 but, test strip reading=193 difference = +53 4) G7 reading=200 but, test strip reading=154 difference = +46 I was using freestyle Libre and it was showing almost same as test strips results readings.I am so frustrated after I changed that Dexcom G7.I have purchased total 9 sensors. So, I have still 8 sensors. but, not sure what to do with those now like, use it or throw it.

    Terrible company and customer service. I would give it negative stars if I could. I ordered a 3 month subscription for my daughter's Christmas present. The monitor worked ok but was limited in how low of glucose levels it tracked. After the 3 months was up, I noticed a pending charge for ****** on my account, the order was still in a status of p***aring to ship and asked the customer service *** to cancel the order. We do not want to continue using it any longer. I was told it could not be canceled, even though the order has not been shipped. The customer service *** was rude. After asking to speak to a manager, I was told that I would be getting the same answer no matter who I spoke too. They need to a better job and allow more flexibility in canceling unwanted auto renewals.

    A terrible company the Dexcom sensors are at a 85% failure rate reading are dangerously false and Technical support *****. Tech support is in the country of *********** and they do Not understand basic English. I have to call them sometimes up to 3 times a day. Yesterday I called them and had to ask for a supervisor 3 times the person refused and hung up the phone on me and I couldnt call back I had a medical emergency! I do Not recommend there products to anyone! I made a report to the ***.

    I ordered 1 trial box of Dexcom Stelo CGM patches, and received it. Approximately 1 month later my credit card company (CCC) notified me of a second charge of $89 by Dexcom Stelo, and asked me if I had made this charge. I responded to my *** that I had not. My CCC instructed me to contact Dexcom Stelo immediately, which I did. I then notified Dexcom Stelo that I did not want a second box of Dexcom Stelo CGM patches. Dexcom Stelo refused to honor my request to not send me a 2nd box of Dexcom Stelo CGM patches. In fact, Dexcom Stelo delivered the 2nd box virtually a day later. I escalated the matter higher in Dexcom Stelo. The Dexcom Stelo escalation desk took the position that their terms of service clearly stated that returns would not be accepted. However, my request had not been for Dexcom Stelo to reverse its policy of not accepting returns. My request had been for Dexcom Stelo to stop the shipment of the 2nd box of CGM patches. Not only did Dexcom Stelo not stop the 2nd shipment, it appears they deliberately rushed the 2nd box of CGM patches out the door so as to be able to invoke their no returns policy. One last point, in escalating my complaint, I spoke with ********, and his supervisor in the ***********, both of them on a recorded line, and instructed both of them to stop shipping me Dexcom Stelo CGM patches. Both of them told me they would stop shipping them. However, Dexcom Stelo still hasnt confirmed in writing that they would stop further shipments. Will I have to go through this again at the end of February? I have found Dexcom Stelo complaint resolution process to be not only egregiously time-consuming, but self-servingly predatory, i.e., customers timely notifying ********************** Stelo to stop any further shipments are simply ignored !

    "STELO" BY DEXCOM. Upon using their device It malfunction recoiled and I thought it left the needle in my arm. I filed a complaint with them and I have my case number They did not offer me my money back for the product but offered to ship me another product It never came. I contacted them again. They told me to update my mailing address information on their website after logging in their website was down their website has had problems prior and they are not resolved.. It was dishonest for them to direct me to do something they knew wouldn't work.. I still do not have my money.. nor a replacement product. I have pictures of the injection site I have the item in question still here.. I'm 7 months pregnant and I purchased this to keep an eye on my blood sugar for the reason of my age and their being a Risk of gestational diabetes. I do not recommend this product I would give it zero stars. Their customer service agents show dishonesty, there is many people experiencing the same issue with the needle in the product. There is absolutely no resolution given. I regret buying this product I regret the time that I have put into trying to resolve this and it not being resolved.
