    Absolutely horrendous. They are auto charging me which I never signed up for and there is no way to cancel subscription because they show I am not auto subscribed yet charges occur monthly. They have no customer service number. Absolute fraudulent activity.

    Company uses faulty sensors and they will not respond to emails, they have no Customer Support or phone number for assistance so you are screwed. They will take your payment but they will not stand by their product they s**** you. Do not buy from them or use their equipment.

    I started using the Dexcom G7, six months ago. I would love to go back to the Dexcom G6. The G7 stops working at least 4 to five times a day and will totally stop for no reason at least once a month the G7 justops working and needs to be replaced. The G7 stops work then starts and stops then starts, it is not reliable. It's frustrating when you bump your arm and it falls off. Wearing the G7 for the last 6 months has be extremely stressful. I spend as much time sticking my fingers as I did before i start wearing the dexcom. G6 is 100% better than the G7

    Nothing but a huge problems with this company. I've had this for a year or so. Called almost 70% to replace the unit because of wrong reading from it or giving me low notification without any reason. And all this happening at night.Last night it was alarming me to replace unit all night long even after closing application.Worth experience and very annoying situation. Called to figure it out with tech support and they hanged up on you after explaining a problem with unit. Unprofessional people working for customer's service and they are ignoring your frustration with a problem that you describe. WORTHLESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dexcom is the company that made ***** I purchased the product with full excitement that will be able to review my glucose level. I found out as I finish applying the device to my skin that the device has expired and will not give me any reading even before I received the first reading. somehow after many hours of effort I was able to find the place to complain and then I received the email from ****** support that says no reply that they've reviewed my case, without even talking to me, and decided that they cannot give me any support

    I have been using the new Stelo brand of ***. I have had 3 faulty units (out of 6) that stopped working prematurely. One unit failed just after warm-up. I filed a complaint on the website looking for 2 replacements for the last 2 units that failed very quickly. I have not heard back from them., not even an acknowledgement of my request. They only have digital support, not a person you can speak with. I canceled my subscription. This is unacceptable support.

    I would give zero stars if I could. I have used this product for 7 years and have never been so disgusted. Ive had at least 5 sensors fall off since I started the G7 in August and was just told that I exhausted my good will replacements. It was escalated to a man named *****, a supervisor, who basically told me they will not replace them and that I just wont have a sensor for the days they wont replace. I asked who his supervisor is and he told me thats not something I need to know. I also said that the website is unclear as to what a technical replacement is and he said that I shouldnt have purchased the product if I didnt understand it since hes a consumer of the product and he understood it. I hope that whoever his supervisor is listens to the recording because he is absolutely awful. I recommended this product to five other diabetics, who also keep having this issue, and I feel horrible that I did.

    I have sensors that might be 100 points off. Like today. Recently have a 90 day supply of G7 Dex Com.i have used 4 of them. 1 the needle release button would not engage. The other 3 the needle button is hard to engage. I'm not sure if the needle is fully inserted. When I talked to consumer service . The *** said we know we have an issue with that. Didn't seem really concerned about the issue. So I have all these sensors that are probably defective. Today I inserted a new sensor. It has been 100 points off both times I knew by the way I felt and used my finger stick monitor. I have Calibrated it twice in less than 24 hours. It actually inserted well but way off with readings.

    Absolutely horrible. Everytime I try to go in their Clarity app to review my gloucose levels it either wont load or cant find the information. As I rely on this information to make medication decisions its critical to have it. Ive called customer service several times and after an hour on the phone it will then work correctly for a few days
