      I went to sell two of my phones and I was to receive my payment within 24 and never received it . It is now 72 hours later and it was supposed to be sent to my Vemno account and still no payment. This company is a thief where they have two of my phones and I don't have my money. I am to the point of contacting my attorney in regards to this matter.

      Thank you for your feedback! We're very sorry to hear you encountered an issue during your transaction with us. If an electronic payment fails, it is generally due to the system being unable to verify the provided account details with the option selected (PayPal/Venmo).

      In the event a payment cannot be issued in the form selected, we are unable to bypass the system to force payment, especially when trying to resolve quickly. In this scenario, we are required to issue a check instead. 

      We are aware of issues that can occur during these types of transactions and our Engineering team is working hard to identify ways to improve the process to avoid payment issues as much as possible.

      Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent in my iPhone 11. I followed all instructions and turned my "Find My iPhone" off - I even have screenshots and an email from Apple confirming this. Their customer service reps are rude and they claimed my phone was damaged - it was immaculate. I declined their offer, which went from $189 to "$0-we will recycle it for you". I insisted they return my phone immediately.AVOID GAZELLE!!!

      I sent a year old iPhone 13 to be bought by them. The lowest possible price on their website that they would buy the phone for was $398 for a broken/damaged phone. Mine was in great condition and they offered $380. I guess they hope you will just say, oh well...I guess I need the money. I am declining offer and getting my phone to sell on my own.

In the event a Gazelle customer does not agree with their inspection, they are entitled to request a reinspection of the device.       Today, 4/11/23 I turned my iphone 13 pro *** into the ecoatm at Mount Vernon, ********. Like everyone else, the machine was out of cash. The machine did not work with PayPal. ***** also didn't work. They promise to pay you, when you hit sell, none of the payment systems work and they then promise a check but you cannot contact anyone. Deceptive trade practices? I'm owed $505, cannot get a call back, and will file in court two weeks from today if I do not receive my check.

      Can ecoatm provide a tracking number? It seems these "problems" are near class action worthy. The machines never have enough cash and Venmo and Paypal don't work. It's all over this website. Please provide me a tracking number...and don't say call in, I've been on hold for 53 minutes.

      If you enjoy having your phone stolen and not paid what they agreed then this is the company for you3 weeks no phone returned and no payment after their machine shut down. Waiting hours for an agent to confirm theyve done nothing. Worst company.

If a transaction has a technical error, we are required to request identifying information about the device in order to locate it since it does not show the device was actually purchased and in our possession. However, in reviewing the associated claim, this has been addressed and a payment for the device was sent the week of 4/9.

      Went to kiosk and they offered 465 dollars for iPhone 14 pro *** and I accepted. Did not have cash so I chose pay pal. Then pay pal wouldnt process, and they kept my phone. No money was paid to me. Over 5hours on the phone and they said a check would be mailed to me in 7 days. I called after 7 days and they said its still under review. Clearly they are ripping people off.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY. We're sorry to hear the device you received does not meet expectations, as we grade devices based on cosmetic condition, given that functionality should still be intact and is not impacted by cosmetic wear. Given these are refurbished devices, we do offer a 30-day return window in the event the device does not meet expectations. We are experiencing longer hold times than normal; however, customers can utilize the self-service return center from the Gazelle website to initiate a return for items purchased that they do not want to keep for any reason within the first 30 days.

      Go on website and get a price. Then I went to kiosk and price is completely different. Website gave me a price from $65 or more, get to kiosk and it only offers me a $1. Biggest scam and bs there ever is.

      They stole my phone because the kos had no cash, and it told me it could send it by Paypal or Venmo, but neither worked for the kos. I had to call an 800 number that kept me on hold for about 45 minutes to have them tell me they couldn't return my phone and would have to write me a check. They said the check could take up to two weeks or longer to receive my payment. At this time, I do not feel like I will receive anything from them.

      The worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Still waiting for my money. No one answers my questions. They STEAL your phone and dont pay you. NEVER GO HERE! I promise you its an absolute headache!!! Ive lost so much because this was my only money left! I dont know what to do!! ??
