They took my galaxy s22 ultra and have not paid me one dime since taking my phone. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They do nothing but lie and give you a run around and refuse to send your check because they procrastinate. If I could I'd give them 0 stars for lying and stealing my phone.EcoATM LLC

on 3/11/23 I sold a phone at one of their kiosk, there was an issue, I did not get paid, I did reach out to ecoatm support, I sent a couple emails, today as Im writing this review it is 3/22/23. the **** of *********************** Reached out with a personal phone call, and ****** and ECOATM LLC. Compensated me the balance that was owed, truly shocked, and thankful, yes there was an issue but they came thru, patience is key, thank you again EcoatmEcoATM LLC

My phone was stolen. I was able to track it to an ecoATM When the Law Enforcement deputy arrived; I gave my report then called the telephone number on the kiosk screen. We waited 20 minutes on hold before speaking to the 1st representative of the company. For an hour and a half, the officer and I provided the necessary information for the retrieval of my property only to be forwarded to another representative, allegedly the next step in the process, only to answer identical questions for confirmation. This grueling process added another hour and a half to our efforts to gain access to my property inside the kiosk. The representative told us she had to manually go over each transaction of the day.The representative was not interested that my cellphone was pinging (inside the kiosk) in response to the Find My Phone App. The website provides three steps for gaining access to a stolen phone sold to you and happily and voluntarily cooperates with law enforcement when requested. Are we, as consumers, to understand and accept that the steps to gain access to the stored devices takes four and half hours to verify? ecoATM was beyond uncooperative. With the opening of their eco-friendly kiosks criminals are offered an easy way to sell stolen property. While this may be an unavoidable risk, but they handled my case with countless blocks, and clear indicators they wanted to keep my property. It makes them culpable, if not the complicit in the theft. They are not an altruistic earth friendly company or renowned leader in reducing electronic waste and finding value in gently used electronics. They are a crime-laundering pawnshop disguising itself as a company with integrity.EcoATM LLC

EcoATM LLC is horrible, I sold a perfectly great working iPad because I had no room for it in my electronics draw. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received payment. I beleive it's time to file a class action lawsuit against this company.EcoATM LLC

If an electronic payment fails, it is generally due to the system being unable to verify the provided account details with the option selected (PayPal/Venmo). In reviewing the claim, the payment was stopped and reissued due to the check being lost. honestly giving this company a rating of one star is still too much for them. some how my package got lost within their faculty, and keep in mind that this been going on since January. I have tried contacting them since beginning of feb finally got a call back after a month of waiting not knowing was was going on with my return, and imagine being told they possible misplaced the items. I am still waiting for them recontract me but it has been over 2 months and i am out 2k almost.EcoATM LLC

Somebody needs to shut these ***s down because I am not the only one with the problem where the *** not only does it pay you all of your money before it says its embarrassing to call customer service which nobody answers. But he paid me $300 in just one dollar bills if this machine is capable of determining the condition of my device why cant it be at least capable of determining how much money is in it. I sold two iPhone 12 promax was already getting robbed for what I was getting for it and and still didnt get $119 worth of payment. I wouldve never sold him if it wasnt for an emergency.EcoATM LLC

Classic bait and switch, I sold my flawless Galaxy s22 ultra that was globally unlocked to gazelle. The initial offering was $463.00 with a 10 percent bonus bringing the total to 487 dollars. The phone had 0 scratches and 0 imperfections. They flat out lied and said there imperfections and that it wasn't what I described, another lie. Their customer service has an auto hold on least 30 minutes in hopes customers will eventually give up and hang up. The "bonus" before they receive your device is "10 percent" after they get the box it changes to an Amazon gift card. The phone I used came directly out of the ******* box and into their shipping box, albeit impossible for any scratches or imperfections. They also stated twice in the email that I gave them an incorrect model which was infact, a lie. This company also owns eco ATM. I put my information in and they only offered ****** so when gazelle said 487 I was extremely skeptical at the amount difference for the same company. Low and behold their offer changed to ****** leaving a 200 dollar difference!?!? this is absolutely an exorbitant amount and accountability needs to be held. This is a filthy and blatant attempt to profit off unsuspecting customers. I have been in the tech industry and my device was exactly what I portrayed. When you get through the customer service the customer service agents are not ************* based so there is a language barrier which makes communication even harder. Either gazelles assessment team needs to be retrained or somebody needs to be held accountable for this action this is absolutely disgusting. We live in a post pandemic world where every single ***** counts for everybody. I will be sure that I will be voicing my opinion to my millions of followers on my social platforms as well.EcoATM LLC

In the event a Gazelle customer does not agree with their inspection, they are entitled to request a reinspection of the device. Additionally, the amounts shown on our respective sites are strictly estimates and not guaranteed. In reviewing your claim, the device has been returned. There trash they stole me and my wifes phones after we said we will sell they went to payment and told us they dont have cash contract customer service every time we call they hang up there a joke now were filing they charging and going to *** them !!
