      I took a dead phone to one of their ATM, completed a transaction, got a receipt, never got paid, now their customer support claims that the transaction was never completed, and want to maybe send me back a dead phone.Their automated customer service bombarded me with requests for information, even after I sent in a copy of the receipt, their systems are at fault as well since issuing a receipt and claiming that that transaction was not completed at the same time is an oxymoron.Anyway, one more dissatisfied customer report.

After further review of your transaction, we see an error did occur at the kiosk. We have communicated via email on 3/28 with the offer of payment which was accepted.       Sent my brand new iPhone 14 to them after being offered $442. Sent it to them in the box I bought it in at the Apple Store. It included the charger cable and a clear phone case. They emailed me saying it they could only offer me $125 because it was not in mint condition and had scratches which is a lie. They also said the phone doesnt turn on and doesnt make calls. Well I got the phone back after declining their offer and it does in fact turn on because its literally like brand new. Also it doesnt make calls because it doesnt have any current service so obviously it wouldnt. Also, when they sent me back the phone, it arrived solely by itself and the box, charging cable, and case were missing. They told me they recycled those items and that it says on the packing slip to not include anything other than the phone because that doesnt up its value and those items will be recycled but I took a picture of the packing slip before I shipped it and it said no such thing. Now I feel like they wasted my time, they lied about a laundry list of things that were wrong with the phone when nothing at all is and they stole my charging cable, a $50 phone case, and the box which I needed to resell the item on my own which makes it now lose value and I lost money. I paid $895 for that phone at the Apple Store and now Ill be lucky to get maybe $300. Gazelle is shady and untrustworthy and they lie and steal and I would never recommend them or use them for anything ever again.

An email was sent to you with the return tracking number. In accordance with our policy on the inclusion of additional items in your trade-in package, please note that only the device listed in your online submission should be sent.       My iphone 14 plus was taken without my permission. I was told it was sold to eco atm. I notified their facility Feb ********************************************************** their system. I was then emailed an affidavit to fill out. I emailed the paperwork to eco support they continue to claim they have not received my affidavit I have sent several emails they continue to state its a problem on my end. I am confused they are the only organization who is having trouble with receiving emails from my yahoo account. At this point their support team arent releasing my iphone due to their not receiving my emails. I am happy to know they found my iphone all I need now is for your support team to release it back to its rightfully owner.

      Hello *******, thank you for reaching out regarding your lost device. On 2/11 we were initially contacted regarding your device being possibly sold to our kiosk. During the call with our support agent the **** of the device was requested, provided and flagged per our process.  On 2/16 the device **** provided was confirmed received at our warehouse with notification of next steps sent via email. On 2/17 and 2/19 our agents followed up via email and phone regarding the documents needed to proceed with releasing of the device. On 2/23 the requested document was received, reviewed and the claim was escalated with the device shipped out via ***** same day. Tracking information associated shows this was delivered to the verified address provided at the initial start of the claim.       My phone was stolen, the thief turned it in to a kiosk (it was tracked there) . The police told me to contact ecoATM .I gave them all the identifying information,what type of phone & the *** # from the original box. The tracking showed it was picked up but that was 3 weeks ago. I keep checking & begging them for more information but they keep saying when we find it we'll contact you. I don;t know what else to do!

On 2/19 the device was confirmed received, with an email sent regarding next steps. We received the documentation that was requested and escalated to the warehouse to ship the device out.       It's a rip off yes it help cause phone don't end up in trash and eventually in the environment but they don't offer you enough for good or great working phones. It's another rip off like alot of stuff these days

      The ECOATM machine at the ******* Store on ****************************************, *********, ** took my ******, closed up and paid me nothing. When I called the phone number on the machine, I could hardly understand the person who answered my call. The machine opened up, and the phone that was returned to me was not the phone I had put in the machine. I asked to be told when someone would come and open the machine and was told the person I was talking do did not know when the machine would be serviced. I talked to the ******* manager who stated they could not open the machine. I would appreciate any help the BBB of *********, ** can give me. Thanks.

On 2/12 we were contacted regarding your device being prematurely placed on our kiosk glass without the start of a transaction. With this being outside of our normal kiosk process, our systems read the error to bin the device to allow a new transaction be completed. While speaking with our support agents, we attempted to retrieve the device back, but was unsuccessful.Due to this we requested the **** of the device, in which we were advised could not be provided. On 2/13, after review of your claim, our support team reached out to resolve the claim with payment being processed. With agreement, payment was sent out via **** on 2/15.       Do not use this company! I sent in my device in perfect condition and what I get instead was a low ball offer and claims that the device was damaged. I requested a picture and it was obvious the device had been purposefully destroyed. This company is a SCAM! Avoid at all costs!

      I am writing to formally address an incident that occurred approximately one month ago, involving the theft of my mobile device, which was subsequently deposited into a designated return machine. Despite my efforts to retrieve my phone, the situation has been mishandled, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory service experience.Upon reporting the incident, I was assigned to Service Representative ******, Employee ID: ******** Throughout our interactions, Mr. ****** persistently misrepresented his position within the company as a senior authority, thereby suggesting that no further assistance could be offered due to him being the highest ranking member in his department. Claims the device could not have been deposited due to the feature find my iPhone needs to be disabled prior to deposit although this is highly contradicting by the fact that the phone was audibly ringing in the machine and was able to be tracked to the *** with find my phone.Moreover, Mr. ******** demeanor throughout our interaction was notably unprofessional and disrespectful. He frequently interrupted me, displayed amusement at my distress regarding the potential loss of personal data, and failed to offer any constructive support or solutions.The handling of this matter not only signifies a grave lapse in customer service standards but also raises concerns about the company's protocols for dealing with lost or stolen property. The loss of my device has had significant personal and potentially financial implications, given the sensitive information it contained.I request a thorough investigation into this incident and appropriate corrective measures to be taken against the service inadequacies exhibited by Mr. ******* Furthermore, I seek a resolution regarding the recovery of my phone or compensation for the loss incurred.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward for an appropriate response and a satisfactory resolution.

      ************** but they maliciously practice false advertising. Wanted to sell my phone to them. They have 4 categories to estimate the price: 1) Flawless or like new (~$215), 2) lightly used (~$196), 3) scratched or scuffed (~$151), 4) damaged or broken (~$98). My phone is in between 1 & 2, so I selected 2 as to not get my hopes up. They evaluated it and said "your device was lowered is because of scratches" and the offer was lowered to $98. That offer happens to be the advertised offer for broken phones...there's no way they pay the same price for a broken phone as they would for an amazing phone, so all the offer estimates must be flat out wrong. I confirmed by chat: me: "is it considered damaged or broken?" customer service: It does not indicate that it is damaged or broken". So it's not damaged or broken but they gave the identical offer for damaged or broken phones. I have pics of my like-new phone and screenshots of the emails and chat transcripts. They are purposefully and maliciously practicing false advertising. If the real price is 50% below the estimate, and just so happens to be the exact amount they quote for a broken phone, then it's just flat out false advertising. I immediately requested my phone be returned

      I sent in my phone nearly in perfectly condition, a brand new phone. I thought since using Gazelle in the past and had an ok experience I would try them out again. And boy do I regret it. I had a iPhone 14 Pro *** in deep purple and it was barely used, I had taken a video and pictures of the phones condition before sending it to them just in case. They just sent me photos of the phone and it is completely different and ruined. Also lowered the offer amount btw. Now Im at a lost cause my phone is ruined and they are not giving the same offer. Complete scam.

Our representative on 2/6 left a voicemail and emailed you the offer to pay full trade in value of the device.
