    I hired this company to represent me in court. To award me child support that was past due, they took my money and didnt do what they were supposed to and scammed me along with sending me another clients vital immigration records. They prey on people who need a payment option and then on the court day they do not show up. According to the contract the service they provide should have taken a month but they sat on my case and it got nowhere after 6 months

    We completely regret our decision to go through this company for a lawyer. We started a stepparent adoption almost 2 years ago with Marble and it is only partially complete now. I gave them all of the information relevant to our case, they gave us a price, and we started paying. We keep asking for updates on our case and they kept saying they were waiting for a response from the court. Fast forward 6 months later and it turns out they never filed our case. So not only was it delayed, their updates were lies. Now we have it partially completed and to fully complete the adoption they are giving us more fees. This is ridiculous and makes no sense. We explained everything from the beginning and are now risking losing the 5k by not being able to complete our case or having to pay them more I really wish I had never gone through them and went directly to a family lawyer.

    On September 6, 2022, I was represented by a ******* attorney provided by Marble Law. Despite giving full case intormation to Marble Law and then the attorney, the attorney, in a three way Zoom court appearance, was told by the judge that the filing was done wrong, needed to be refiled and continued the hearing to September 23. After receiving the email of the filing, I realized the entire case was mishandled. I tried calling Marble Law, but couldn't reach anyone. I emailed my decision to terminate their services. And I mailed a letter to the ******* attorney stating the same. In addition to the attorney having attempted to obtain an order that had no bearing on the case, he filed it incorrectly, and in the wrong courthouse, even though he'd been given correct information. He made no attempt to address any issues of the case, which was urgent and time sensitive. He attempted at least one filing, while trying to withdraw from representation, with another client's name as petitioner that was supposed to be mine. That client's signature also appears on other papers attributed to my case. He did finally succeed in filing his "Notice of Motion to Withdraw" three weeks after his first attempt. In the meantime, Marble Law received $600, even though their attorney did nothing right. In fact, it was left to me to clean up the mess the attorney created ... including closing the case with the guidance of the ************************ Despite all that and receiving a September 9 email from Marble Law headed: "Fwd: Conclusion of Marble PC's and LSP's Representation" and including ***************************** of Marble Law stating, "It appears that all necessary work in that specific EL/Addendum has been completed; therefore, we are going to close that matter.", Marble Law continues to bill $188.88/month. Marble Law and their attorney provided no service whatsoever; did no necessary work, much less completed any; created new problems for me; wasted critical time (and money); and seriously hindered the ability to effectively pursue the case.

    I am reaching out to you in desperation over my case with Marble. I began with Marble Dec 14th 2022 and to date I am on the hook for approx $12,000. My attorney did not know basic court rules. How many pages could a motion be, how many pages of exhibits could you submit, and when you should submit them and the fact that my hearing was not the proper venue to argue what she was arguing. I have wasted almost 3 months with this attorney, she is clearly not experienced enough to handle this situation. She seems overwhelmed, overworked, frazzled, and at hearings appears as a high school student trying to do a book report on a book they havent read. I am repeatedly told by her how confident she is in our position yet every single hearing she is shot-down and destroyed by the judge and opposing counsel. For the past several days from that hearing on March 1st, where we lost yet again, she tells me she is going to tell me next steps, what our plan is, give me an update etc...that was 8 days ago and I still havent heard from her. I then received a phone call from Marble finance department telling me the last case was "closed" which again has a hearing date of March 31st! How is it closed?? and its going to be another $3000 for some "motion". What motion?I have been led on and taken advantage which amounts to fraud in the midst of my most desperate and vulnerable situation. I need to be contacted by management of Marble ASAP.

    I really needed help with a child custody suit. My mother and I selected marble law thinking this was an affordable way to receive a assistance. I stopped paying after a couple of months because I was making payments but could not receive contact or speak with it attorney for two entire months no updates on my case no ability to express my concerns zero connection with the "lawyers". This is custody of my child the most important thing in my life and for months all I would receive is messages saying they called but I never received a call. It is very horrible interaction for people who desperately need to help.

    While I am not the direct client involved I am the one dealing with all communications and payments. Additionally I received a call from our case manage following this complaint.she stated I will be refunded for all payments that have been made thus far and the remaining balance cancelled per my instruction of not wanting alternate legal counsel assigned to the case. I am waiting for follow up. If none is provided I will be filing for a dispute through my bank. ’ve spent over $2,000 on this service for nothing!

    I am seeking a refund and additional cost coverage to obtain another law firm. The Marble Law office was paid to do an intake consultation. They made me think they were the best to represent me. They took my payment... but never called. My case is very time sensitive, and is an unusual divorce/ sexual assault on a minor case. I became a single parent of my 2 adopted boy's while my soon to be ex husband went to jail and has made my life a living h*** I would not only like a refund, but would also like reimbursement of costs associated with obtaining another attorney for representation. That's the least they can do for their fraudulent representation tactics.

    Terrible company, I have been a client for this company for over 2 months, the attorney is ****** Champs, she was not from my county, she wont know the rules and laws for my area, she made mistakes and because of that I lost custody of my son!!!!! Dont use them!!! Ever !! I spent so much money for nothing. Paid $7,100 They wont know the laws in my area (****** county) didnt file correctly representation

    We were set up on monthly payments to settle a family court issue. The amount to be paid is 3,000$ at 250$ month. We have paid about 2,300$ at this point. The services they were going to provide included going to court and we ended up settling the case and not going to court. We have been asking about a refund for about 2 months and continue to get pushed off and no one has answers. We were even told it was processed and we would receive money within 10 days. I talked to someone again today and they say they see I am calling but nothing else is in my folder. I am continuing to be charged money when I shouldnt be.

    This law firm found me a lawyer had him do the work and them fired him before my paperwork could be submitted into court. Now they don't answer their phone. My case manager doesn't answer nor has the supervisor attorney has reached out. My paperwork was supposed to be submitted in January and now it's February and the opposing attorney have redrafted and are trying to have the judge sign off on it. Marble law hasn't found me a new attorney and I have court next week. They took all the money I paid my ex attorney and won't help me out
