    I called marble law for help with a family law matter. My case was urgent. My ex tried to abduct my son internationally. They promised, in a written contract, to go in ex parte. They were supposed to be in front of a judge within three days. They took my money then did nothing. I called them for two months and never spoke to the attorney again. I had to resolve the case on my own. They did nothing. They didnt file paperwork or advise me what to do. Now I want my money back. They are still telling me someone will get back to me. I was supposed to get a refund within 7 to 10 days and nothing is happening. They scammed me.

    We started getting legal help with Marble law in regards to a Family Law dispute/child custody on 5/27/2022 and the attorney that was assigned was terrible. The attorney claimed receipt of cititation that was needed which was done within 24hr from our behalf it took over 1.5 months to get acknowledgement from her to state that they tried to process serve the person. Then the attorney emailed us stating that she had confused the case with another person with similar names. We called Marble Law and explained this and they stated well we need to have more attempts to process serve ( no proof was given of the initial attempt after repeated asks) the Marble law representative proceeded to give us a quote for ******* where this costs ****** in the precint and county via a constable. They never stated they were sorry but claimed that she was taking it personal. This business does not follow-through on their promise and calls are supposedly recorded and always lost. It was a ******* nightmare and a waste of 3 important months. We are not starting from scratch with a real law firm and next steps have been outlined.

    In January 2022 I contacted Marble Law to assist with paperwork for a divorce. I was told for $2500 the business would handle all my paperwork present it to the court. They have been taken a total of $97 out of my account every month with no results. I have been the one trying to reach out each time I did it turns out I have a different lawyer and a assistant if Im not mistaken I have had four different paralegals changed and two lawyers. Only spoke to the lawyers one time for no more than 10 minutes. I reached out to them today and I was told that I can no longer get any help without cost. Last month I was sent to the courthouse to retrieve documents which shouldve been their job. They only submit it one part of my paperwork to the court and now they are expecting me to pay more to finish add more services when they have done nothing. I want a refund so I could be able to go somewhere else and get the help I need. They are taking peoples lives as jokes and its not fair. I am a single mother working paycheck to paycheck. Thank you

    Hired Marble Law to file divorce. Have paid several months worth of payments. At first, a representative responded to text messages with short, text responses. Now, there have been no responses in 3 months. Marble Law continues to draw monthly payments from my account. No progress in divorce and no communication with me. I have been scammed. Please help.

    I paid $6000 on the 7th of July for legal services in regards to an extremely important and time sensitive family matter and I have not received literally ANY services. If they were to actually do the job FINE. but I've tried numerous time to contact them but still have heard nothing back. So at this point I want a redund unless services are provided IMMEDIATELY.

    This law firm accepted payment from me via a debit card and thru my credit card company.Theyve promised I would receive contact with my assigned atty in 1-3 days, to no avail. I have tried to contact them using the email addresses sent to me, and I have called the only listed phone number, both which were direct automated response of not available.

    I reached out to get information about a child support modification and name change at the end of 2021. Iwas sent to 2 different sales guys and after having a consult with one lawyer in ***** and a superior in Georgia I decide to sign a contract with Marble Law in the first month of 2022. They gave serval examples of what could or would be done to gain my bussiness but have now all fell through. Here I am Aug 1st and I have had 3 lawyers on my case all that have done nothing. I have spoke to many case managers that are unable to communicate, provide answers or contact the actual legal team. I have also called Marble laws customer service department and spoke to the retention department after I expressed my frustration in march....all tis and still NOTHING I was told and have proof that all future payments would be suspended until movement was made on my case yet they continue to withdrawn money and zero action or communication has been made to me about what I am paying them for. I hired a law company to not get screwed around and they did JUST THAT! WORST EXPERINCE EVER. I HAVE TONS OF text, contracts etc if needed!

    have started using the marble law about 6 months ago. For a custody matter and unpaid alimony. A financial plan has been put in place for the payment of unpaid alimony and the custody case which involve fake accusations on my behalf. We are now months later and I'm asking why nothing has changed in my case. I get very sketchy updates on matters that are important. Such as the lawyer is getting a hearing ready. While this is not responding to my questions. The case manager is the bridge between my lawyer and me, and there is no support. The amount of money that I pay is huge and in return, I have no update on my case. All the steps that had to be taken and for which I signed the contract aren't being taken. At this point, I'm fed up to be left aside in my own case. To have no explanation and responses to my questions. The money is being taken every month and nothing is moving. I was told the last time that a hearing is being put in place. I asked what was the hearing for. ? but I received no responses. While the essential questions that I have are not being answered neither are my requests in my own case. Why am I paying for it? it? This is nonsense. At this point, I want to know know what I'm paying for. Because nothing has been honored except one hearing. Why am I paying ***** USD? For one hearing? i keep contacting the marble law without any valid response. a temporary order was signed by a judge and my lawyer didn't even submit that order to me, the other party did. i mean this is absolute nonsense.

    I reject the BBB's response because the marble law left a contact email in response, I contacted that person twice and have not received any responses.

    neither from this person nor from anyone at the marble law. i have contacted the marble law several times to have my case manager contact me and i have been ignored.

    At this point, i request a refund for the service that has not been provided to me. i have requested a motion competent to be filed for 7 years of unpaid alimony it was never filed. it should have been filed around 4 months ago.  a recent temporary order was signed by a judge with new custody and i was never notified by my lawyer. i discovered that through the other party and therefore couldn't see my children. there is no cooperation from the marble law to help with the case. i signed up with them to be defended in a very serious matter, children's custody, and nothing is being done. even after my effort to bring this to the light to the BBB. they are still non-compliant. 


    i  join the email screenshots that i sent to the marble law contact that was left in the dispute. i got no response back
    i join also the last contact with the marble law through the app. which i never heard back from the case manager. They kept telling me that ill be contacted back, but nothing happened. I called them also several times but again i had nobody calling me back.
