1 starFirst of all I can't find any recommendation from a doctor or podiatrist for this product. They don't work in all of my shoes. There is not a money back guarantee at all for any reason. The price is outrageous.

1 starDo not recommend this overpriced store to anyone. Paid over $1200.00 for my first set of inserts which came with relaxers, maintainers, and strengtheners. One of my relaxers was destroyed by my dog and they said they won't replace it, not even just the one. They said it would be $590.00 for replacements for the pair. Completely outrageous. Explains why there is never anyone in the store. Stay away from here at all costs.The Good Feet Store

1 starGood Feet arch supports dont work the way theyre supposed to. The certified fitter convinced me that the arch supports would heal my feet and my back. They didnt. They actually hurt my feet. My feet went from tingly to numb. It was scary because I didnt know if the numbness would go away. One symptom that hasnt gone away is tired legs.I paid over $1500. for the package they sold me. There were 3 sets of arch supports. Each one was $450.They offered to spread the payments over 6 or 12 months. They sign you up with a credit card and there are no refunds. Now Im wearing a pair of athletic shoes. They help me more than the Good Feet ********** sorry I ever walked into the Good Feet store. Im not a gullible person. I can hardly believe I fell for their carefully planned sales technique.The Good Feet Store

1 starHow has this business not been shut down with this scam they are running? First of all, they are not custom orthotics. They are upscale Dr. ****** inserts. Went in and got the show and was given 5 sets of orthotics to wear in the morning and a different pair in the evening, blah, blah. Total cost? $2900 dollars!!! For some plastics shoe inserts and they are not even custom fitted??? I was shocked!!!! This is a serious scam taking advantage of the elderly. It is absolutely not worth the money!!! 1 starI own orthotics that are custom made for me. I went there thinking they sold shoes. They tried to sell me a set of orthotics that they retrieved out of a drawer. There were several in the pack, start with one for a few hours then trade it out for another and so on. The price was out of this world. Thousand and more. You can get custom made ones for ******. 1 starNot worth the time or the money. Not really a custom fit orthotics company. Bottom line dont waste your money on over the counter items. Price is outrageous. Our Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to reposition the feet into a more Ideal position by supporting all four arches of the foot. When all four arches are properly supported, then the weight bearing pressure is more evenly distributed. Therefore, taking excess pressure off the ball and toe area of the foot as well as the heel. This can result in helping to improve balance and straighten the skeletal alignment. 2 starsVery good presentation for showing you the need for the inserts. They presented as custom made, after a quick imprint on paper of your feet. Custom made turns out is 5 mins come back from the back with premade, (S, M, L) sizes based on your shoes size, I expected at $1700.00 to take at least a few days of at least an 1hr if they used a 3rd printer?!? to make them for your feet.Not the case,. The explanation did not say anything about not being able to get a refund!? What product does not give a refund?!? UNHEARD OF. I tried to email to get a refund, got the runaround. I put in a credit card dispute. The credit card company deals with them, I don't have to pay.The Good Feet Store

1 starI wrote a review previously but do not know if it went. So I am writing again. I visited the **** in *********, **. At first the salesman was nice, explaining things about the inner soles, measuring my feet. He then said I had to purchase like 7 different inner soles for various problems. AND had to buy a $500 pair of sneakers!!!!! All my shoes together do not cost that much. I saw the ad son TV that a young woman was talking about her good feet *********** pulled out one inner sole!! What the heck!!So buyer beware & do not get wrangled in a she or arch support that isn't right for you.The Good Feet Store

3 starsThe staff here were friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time they took to assess my needs. The inserts did help with my foot discomfort, but I found the pricing a bit high for what you get. It's a good option if you're struggling with experience, just not quite what I expected for the cost.The Good Feet Store
