    Ceva rescheduled my delivery 3 times And the phone number they emailed me is NOT in service!!!It's been over 2 weeks my shipment never came and I am now hoping for a refund from Amazon. This is a horrible company and i honestly belive its a scam in ****************************. Or it's employees are stealing your shipment and trying to blow you off with no show delivery dates.

    Ordered a hot tub on June 6. It was shipped from ********** and was delivered to my home in ** on June 21. Service was great!

    Negative stars. Holy ****** this company is the worst. I hate that certain retailers use them. You have to go to their external website to schedule a date within their available slots. But it gets better, once you do that, they will miss the appointment. Then when you go to their website you wil lget an error saying you can't reschedule, you must call in. And when you call in you get to be cut off after waiting over an hour...twice! When I finally got someone, who actually was pleasant and helpful, they had ZERO clue where my large tv was. They lost a TV. What a sham of a company.

    ************* that doesnt deserve a 1 star!I ordered a pair of work shoes from a company that uses CEVA Logistics as a third party supplier. When CEVA mailed out my work shoes finally due to being out of stock, they used a completely different address with an apartment address. I dont live in an apartment! Why the h*** would you use a totally different address??! So ****** off at this company you need to be shut down! You dont deserve to do business at all!

    I would make this a negative stars if available. This company is horrible about rescheduling deliveries. I have been waiting on a delivery for 3 wks and still haven't received. This is a horrible company and they **** at doing business.

    HORRIBLE. Took the day off work to be here for the delivery then got an email saying they needed to reschedule. When I clicked on the link it still said the same day and time would work. Never showed. Called the big box retailer I ordered from and they said they had my address across the country and the table was out there. Tried to called CEVA but couldnt find a contact number. Still waiting. They also screwed up a vanity delivery and when it arrived they had broken the marble top. This company is a joke.

    All these bad reviews are spot on. Ordered from a major warehouse store. The delivery guys dropped a 300lb item on my driveway blocking my ability to drive out of my garage - the driveway wasn't even my address! The driveway they dropped the item off was on an adjacent street that was NOT my address. What makes it worse is that they didn't even bother to ring my door bell to let me know what they were doing or that they were even there! I was home the entire time. This also feels very intentional because my front door is where my address is clearly shown - they could have (should have) left it at my front door where there is a large patio area RIGHT AT THE DOOR. If they bothered to ring my doorbell they would have easily seen this. No text message, no email notification and zero consideration. My husband was at work and I am a petite woman with a small child at home - no one else to help me move this heavy item. If there was an emergency and I couldn't get out of my garage this would have been a lawsuit for sure because there was no excuse for this kind of delivery. This delivery took 2 burly guys plus a dolly and an electric lift. The patio area/front door was easily accessible and obvious to anyone walking on the sidewalk or driving in front of my home since the front door/patio was just a few feet from the sidewalk/street.

    A ceva rep called a week before scheduled delivery and offered an earlier delivery, a week early. The morning of, the driver called and let me know he was in the area. He placed the 12 kw generator in my garage. Very pleased with ****.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with! Terrible customer service and Im pretty sure my 9 year old could schedule deliveries better than this company.

    Would give a 0 star if possible. after three scheduled delivery dates they canceled each time without letting me know, they sent a message saying it was delivered so I walked rushed home from the store which is less than three minutes from my home and no package was there. I still havent gotten anyone on the phone. Worst service ever.
