    Apathetic at best. Ordered a large canopy from ******* Asked the delivery guys to set it in the backyard. They said they could only put it inside the house or garage. Told them neither would work and asked them to put inside backyard gate which was closer anyway. They said they would do it if I paid them extra because it was 400 pounds. Seriously? Two burly guys with the right equipment won't place it in the backyard for me but I'm expected to move it there by myself?Also, got a text from an unknown number stating "We have a delivery for you." ********** name, nothing else. I had to ask who they were. The only positive thing I can say is that was delivered on the correct date during the right timeframe.

    They have had my furniture since March 7,2023 I still don't have it!! I paid cross country shipping and I get this bill s*** company.. I'm pissed!!

    Missed the delivery window with zero contact informing me of such. Then, when I did finally get someone on the phone they could not find my delivery. Wait, it gets better, they lost my package. Original package cost was $2,300 now after six weeks of waiting the package has increased in price by nearly $1,000. Ceva appears to be contracted with Amazon in the central ******* region for large packages, not sure how to avoid using them ever again. Zero stars in my opinion customer support theme is to deflect and reroute inquires. Not helpful at all.

    This company never showed up on the scheduled date. Took a day off work and hired movers to bring the heavy item in to my house. I had to pay the movers for nothing. Second delivery date no show again during the delivery window. No phone call , no anything. Took another day off work fo no reason. Furious!!!

    They missed their deadline, which was a week to deliver something less than 10 miles away. They have a crappy data system. A couple teenagers with a broken down truck would make a better shipping company. I am embarrassed for Backcountry.com for using their services.

    On hold for 30 minutes twice with no answer. Miss their 3-hour window by 2 hours. Did not call me ahead of time. Only brought one of the boxes out of the two I was supposed to receive for my order. Tried calling back in the afternoon again. Straight to hold for 30 minutes and no answer. I don't think there's anything that they did right.

    I was informed of a delivery time between 12pm and 3pm Eastern standard time. I received 6 emails stating that and that someone 18 and older needed to be present. I received a phone call that the driver stated he was gonna be delivering it at 9:30am. When I called the office they basically stated there was nothing they could. Lack of communication on their end Should not be my fault. More than an inconvenience. Drivers were rude and disrespectful. I was given no choice but to use them. If I have the choice again I would rather cancel my order and order from another company so I don't have to use this delivery service.

    A 1 star review for this company is FAR to generous since they don't even deserve that.Our delivery of a very large gazebo was scheduled to arrive within a 3 hour window in the morning and since it was such a high priced item, also required a signature. We were very aware of the fact this delivery consisted of several very large and HEAVY boxes, so we set time aside that morning to ensure we could have the boxes placed in the garage.The delivery window closed and no delivery, nor was there even a courtesy call to advise of the delivery status. So after calling them, they apparently had not planned to deliver as scheduled, supposedly due to a shortage of drivers. After further discussion they agreed to have it delivered later in the day, with a phone call when they were 30 minutes out.Well we did not get a phone call, yet again, and the truck arrived as we were leaving for the evening. So as a result we had to ask them to leave the items in the driveway, which unfortunately left us with hauling these extremely heavy boxes into the garage ourselves later that night.Unfortunately for this purchase we didn't have a choice in delivery options, but after this fiasco we will make it very clear CEVA Logistics is not an option!

    Ordered a ** from HSN on Jan 1st, 2023. They shipped it out through **** which in turn, turned it over to Ceva. I kept checking the status and finally, I got a window to schedule a delivery date and time. Funny thing was, there was only one date to pick. All the rest were greyed out. So, that's the date I picked. I had a window from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for delivery, Jan 19th, 2023. I kept checking their web site to see if it was on the way and no change. I emailed them, and was informed that the delivery was still scheduled for the delivery. By 2:00 PM no one showed up yet. I emailed again and the answer was the driver is running behind schedule and they assured me it would be delivered today. They even gave me the local Ceva phone number, that when I called, no one answered. I waited, but no delivery. I checked the status and noticed the ** was returned to the warehouse at 3:18 PM. I called HSN, and told them what was happening and requested canceling the **. They said to contact CEVA to cancel, which I did by email. Ceva responded by they canceled the order. This company shouldn't even exist. No one answers their phone numbers, even though they gave me the local phone number where I live. Very disappointed. Hope I never have to deal with them in the future..
