    I would give them a zero rating if I could. Scheduled delivery for my hot tub. Was given a 5 hour window. I made sure I was available during that time. No delivery was made and I did not get a phone call. Now I have to call on Monday when they are open to reschedule. I called before my scheduled delivery to see if the driver could call me 30 minutes prior to my delivery. The representative was rude and said the drivers always call 30 minutes prior to delivery. I received no calls and no hot tub on the scheduled delivery date.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my delivery and it has been rescheduled over ********************************************** touch with by phone and I have spent hours trying to get my products delivered. This place is terrible.

    Ceva logistics is the absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with. I have been waiting over 2 months to get a delivery, Ive been told atleast 15 times it was on the way or a supervisor would return my calls. None of this has ever happened and ** still waiting. I will make sure to never buy anything that is delivered by them again

    Never delivered my item. After spending about 3hours on hold waiting for someone to pick up the call they said that they called me to confirm my delivery day and time and I never received a call from them. Not only this but after finally getting a rep that didn't have an attitude I found out that my package might be in **********...on the other side of the country. It arrived where it was supposed to be delivered and then WENT BACK. I do not understand why amazon is affiliated with a company to ship their items when they DO NOT deliver. I am also not the only customer with this issue if you look at customer reviews no one from amazon had received their order when it was shipped from CEVA. In addition, ******* told me that amazon orders often have this issue for some reason but that's not an excuse whatsoever.

    Did not deliver on the arranged date. Three hours in phone queue trying to speak to someone. Never got through. Made a second appointment, and called them at 8:05AM to remind them to deliver it, which they did.

    They said they would call to schedule a delivery but never did. The online system says they cant find my order. Nobody answers the phones EVER I want my order refunded at this point! Its been over a month and my packs still hasnt been delivered!

    Second time they re scheduled, I took the day off and was here at 11am (delivery window ****). I called them at 6pm, was on hold for 59 minutes, only to be told I have to reschedule. The person I spoke to was very rude and claimed they called me last night. Looking back at my call history, just to be sure I know what I'm talking about, no such call on my call history (I already knew that). So frustrating, I wasted my entire day waiting, and loss of work and pay!!

    Waiting on the phone for someone to answer at Ceva . 2hs 16 minutes and still no agent answered the phone.

    CEVA logistics was supposed to deliver my item on Oct 25. They showed up 2.5 hours earlier than the scheduled window. No one was there because I was at work until noon. I spoke to delivery driver at 4:25 pm and he told me to answer my phone next time. Was very rude. I end up scheduling a new delivery date on Oct 28. No call No show! I scheduled a new delivery date for today and thankfully I received it but again it was an 1.5 hours early. Had to interrupt a business video call when they arrived. No phone call to prepare me they were almost here. Im grateful that I received the item but better communication and quickly accommodating customers is the name of the game! I pray I dont have anything delivered by CEVA logistics again. This was such a painful and drawn out experience. Thanks!

    I had a delivery for a hot tub scheduled for 10/21. They said they attempted delivery but I was home all day. I reached out to reschedule for 10/27. I call again when it doesnt show up. They never put me on the schedule so they say **** timeframe for 10/28. Well they give me a call that the driver returned with the truck and it was still on it. 4 calls to set up 3 deliveries, all taking over an hour to get someone on the phone and I am still waiting. I also tried contacting the local office ***** times all to get in contact with them once. Avoid them if you can.
