      September 2, 2022 To whom it may ********** March 20, 2021, we purchased a power sofa sectional, in ash (Product #VOG06MT06). On July 12th, the back rest support bracket base broke, during normal use, causing the backrest to go through the interior wall that the couch was sitting in front of. We had purchased the extended warranty for $229.00 through Furniture Care Protection, so we called them to find out how to proceed. They instructed us to take pictures of the broken piece, which required us to remove the fabric and staples. The pictures were then sent to the warranty company with the product information as requested. The claim was processed with a lead time of **** weeks for parts to be delivered to the house, for us to install. We visited the ******** branch on July 23rd, as we were not satisfied with the service the warranty company was providing. The customer service rep informed us that because the manufacturers warranty expired two months earlier, they would not be able to help us. A technician was later dispatched on August 25th to install the piece that had not been delivered yet. We were then told that the technicians carried all the necessary pieces in his vehicle. The technician arrived on schedule and proceeded to add a brace to the broken piece using a minimum of 10 to 15 screws and gluing the pieces together. After completing the work, the technician told us to allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before use. After the 24 hours were up, we went to put the couch back together, only to find, after removing all of the fabric for a second time, that the bracket had been reinstalled upside down and that the new brace was too thick which prevented us from being able to put the couch back to together correctly. The technician has informed us that a new frame has been ordered and will be installed upon arrival, in ***** weeks. We were still waiting for it to be repaired.

      This is the most absolute unethical business Ive ever come across. My table online stated 7-9 weeks wait time for delivery, went in store and they stated they could deliver it in 2 days. ??. They were selling a floor sample that was badly damaged, I made it very clear that even at the discounted price I wanted a new dinning set. The one they attempted to deliver was in far worse shape than the floor sample. We refused delivery and asked for a refund on the spot as that was very unethical and bad business practice. This is day 2 and waiting for a refund. I received texts asking to schedule delivery and had a call from the salesman, whom when I was at the store and mentioned the reviews he raised his voice and yelled because he stated he had no control over delivery. I reiterated that we wanted a refund and nothing more regardless of any deal he had. Update to follow. I wasted so much time preparing for delivery and going to the store. Save your time money and energy and do not shop here. The reviews are very real and true. Only 1 star because you are required to leave at least that much.

      Don't buy cheap furniture from them!!!! I bought a warranty, damage occurred on first day of delivery. I reported the damage, it got surveyed and the damage has not been repaired. It's been almost 2 years and my warranty will expire before the problem is resolved. My mother got the nastiest splinter from this crappy furniture, I should *** for the negligence and medical attention required. This is my child's bed and he's potentially at risk for injury. Do better Jeromes!!! I've contacted the company multiple times and sent emails with pictures and still nothing! They should replace the entire bed frame for free and even then, that would be the least they could do!!!! Horrible furniture, horrible service!

      I called Jeromes to ask help unscrew the bunk bed that my Mom purchased but the lady named ******* told me she cannot help me because we have no protection plan & even told me to seek help from family or friends to unscrew the bed for me.Wow,very rude person.Instead of helping her customer,she ignored my inquiries.I even offered if I can take pics of the bed the needed to unscrew so they can check what kind furniture s**** drivers to use.I learn my ****** with Jeromes-we wil not patronize this business anymore.

      Can I say that I am extremely disappointed that I was totally unaware that Jeromes didnt off any type of return policy. I was only told that it was a final sale after I had already made the purchase. It felt like I was bamboozled. I wouldve been okay with paying a cancellation restocking fee. The crazy part is I have not received my sofa yet and I still cant cancel before delivery date. What happen to common courtesy. Can at less a 24 hour cancellation notice before the sofa is even put on the truck. I made a huge mistake by from a company that dont have any type of return policy. So before you purchase anything from Jeromes dont unless you are totally in love with the type you are going to purchase. It was crazy because when I was purchasing the sofa, in that moment I started to sweat like crazy and I didnt know why. As I been to walk out of the store, something came over me, ask about their return policy. To my surprise, I was told all sales was final in that second my heart dropped and I thought to myself you have been played. At that moment anxiety set in and all I could do is prayer that I fall in love with this sofa and that everything I was told about the warranty I purchase is true. I guess I have to put in Gods hands and hope for the best. Like I always say Let go, Let God!
