      We have gone to Jeromes multiple times for our furniture needs. Today we were looking for a mattress and base. We needed individual attention as both my husband and myself have chronic pain issues that needed to be addressed while picking out a workable *********************, the associate, was kind, caring and patient. He assisted us in finding the perfect mattress and explained all the benefits.We appreciated his time and effort very much! Well be back as need dictates.

      In 2019 we bought a mattress from ******'s and a $120 matress protector to comply with their warranty requirements. They claim they warranty their mattresses for 10yrs. Our matress started breaking down after 3 years, now 4.5yrs later we started a claim to warranty the mattress. They accepted all my photos and were scheduling a tech to come out when I corrected my address with them to **, they claimed they didn't have anyone in our area and referred us to the manufacturer and gave us a phone number. We called the manufacturer and they claim that they never made mattresses, only bases and futons. I sent this info back to ******'s and they are still telling us to basically try harder with the manufacturer. I have called the manufacturer number again and they took my info and said we'd hear back in 24hrs, no one is returning our calls now.

      Jeromes provide excellent quality products. All of our main furniture is from jeromes. Today we found items in their blooper section.

      Quick response to my inquiry from online chat and to the store. Very helpful and customer service is excellent. Sales person is knowledgeable. Delivery schedule is set right away. I would definitely recommend Jeromes furnitures.Thank you!

      Absolutely adore my new sofa! The price was fantastic, it's incredibly comfortable, and the delivery was lightning fast - it only took two days for it to arrive!

      My experience was very enjoyable, the sales person ***** was very knowledgeable. Tried several recliners and found exactly what I was looking for. Scheduled delivery quickly and given easy to understand delivery instructions. I would recommend Jeromes funiture before other competitors. This is my second purchasing experience with Jeromes. Thank you!

      ***** has wonderful customer service. He showed that he cared about helping even when I said I was only there to check out the clearance section. Appreciate feeling comfortable looking around store. Would definitely return and ask for ***** when making next purchase.
