      Hello,I have been a paying customer to ********************** and the other company they own *********** for a few months. They both have an option to pay a fee for unlimited background checks, email and phone reports. I had No idea they are sitting their monitoring reports that their customers are pulling, until one night i was doing some research and ***********************************, kept sending me reports. I would delete them and she would send them again. Then she sent another one so I thought maybe she was trying to send a message, so I read it. It seemed like she was telling me where he was, I was out so I decided to drive over there. It was a fraud because it wasnt *****, but instead there were a couple of cars that she obviously had sent there, they followed me going pretty fast, then I was able to lose them briefly until I had to stop for gas. At this point a dark car with dark tinted windows came driving over to where I was pumping gas. I could not see inside bc the windows were so dark, but I definitely got the impression the driver wanted to intimidate me. He was driving some sort of coupe maybe a ****** or ****** I called ***** that night and told him what she was doing. Also she is partners with telecom and which she and all of her friends were calling my phone anywhere from ***** times per day. I have had my number changed because of this. Then she started having them call my work. Now they have locked both of my accounts with Instant Checkmate and *********** based on the fact that she doesnt like me. I would like a full refund of the monthly unlimited fee that have been paid to Instanr Checkmate and *********** since they own both companys and they have both accounts looked. It says Unlimited so they are doing this as harassment tactics. Also they are violating the ******* Telecommunications Act which I just filed those complaints and hired a lawyer to *** them. I am Requesting they either unlock my accounts ASAP or issue a refund for the fees.

      Instant Checkmate is a public records search service. Our Terms of Use prohibit the use of the website for any business reason. As such, from time to time our system automatically flags accounts with suspicious or unusual use.       Instant checkmate has y personal infomration on it's blog given my name phone number and address... I've requested several different times to have my infoomration taaken down an nothing has ever happened. I've called over and over and to reslove.

      This company has my private personal information available for any and everybody. This was done without my person and I demand the company remove my information. I do not wish to interact with an unknown website and want the business to delete ALL of my informant ssap.

      This company put a *** offender at my address who never lived here. We sent several emails to get problem corrected and they just keep giving us excuses or things to fill out that don't pertain to this issue. Every email sent back to us you can tell they arnt reading what's happening. I called them and they told me nothing they could do call the police...they WILL NOT remove this individual from our address. They literally have a *** offender at our address who doesn't live here not ever has. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen and my family is in danger over this and they don't care. Its there fault they mixed up addresses.

      This company is selling my personal information without my permission; my numerous attempts to have them remove my information from their website have been futile; and I believe their website is contributing to identity theft and harassment.

      Instant checkmate is making my information public which is visible through a simple internet search, my physical address and current phone number. When I try to opt out my email takes longer than expected to do so. The site claime that it is easy to opt out but that claim is false.

      After a recent ****** search of my name about a week ago, Im now finding many websites have managed to post my information, some all out on ****** results such as age, address and phone number. I personally dont see how this is legal without contacting and asking a persons permission to post these things. Im realizing as well that if you asked to be removed or use the opt out option that later when you go back and search to make sure youre no longer listed that these websites host sponsored advertising with a person listed on those as well as if its almost as if these shady companies are all the same but with a different name or something because they certainly do have several sponsored listing that they advertise for one another. Some Ive contacted and they remove almost immediately with great customer service and an actual real person or phone call that gets things done immediately and others its like an automated robot reply with the same copy paste reply over and over which hoes absolutely nowhere. These companies have no problem listing a person without asking first so how about no problem removing us if we are having trouble removing ourselves and going the extra mile of not just removing us but making sure we are no longer listed as a sponsored listing which almost defeats the purpose of asking to be removed in the first place. I noticed InstantCheckMate that the opt out option is conveniently broken? Not working on my end over here. Please remove all of my listings immediately and all of my listings on sponsor websites as well that you obviously are doing business with. Thank you!

      This company is posted my personal information such as address, City, state, phone numbers, emails. And some of them are not even correct. Posting my personal information on the internet like they have has made me vulnerable to Identity Theft as people can steal my identity and also could possibly show up and do me bodily harm. I am asking the BBB to step in and have them to remove my personal information asap!
