The company is fraudulenty using my business name to earn customers. Their website lists my company as a provider for them ( i am not). I signed up with Lawn Love to have my backyard mowed on a monthly basis. I get a text message on 06/25/24 informing me my lawn was scheduled to be mowed which I thought was too early. I logged into my account and see where the company had changed my mow frequency from monthly to bi-weekly without informing me. I called the company and was informed they do not offer monthly which is a lie because while speaking with the rep, I informed her the website lets you select monthly! June 4, 2024 Lawn love sent a mower to cut my lawn. He did partial work due to his equipment getting stolen. (He quit the job that day) Backyard was not done and half the front yard was done. The company apologized for inconvenience and gave a $15 credit. The agent stated they had to find another mower to complete the job and they did a few days later and scheduled it for June 17, 2024. Over that period of time my grass grew high and I reported that multiple times to the company, Lawn Love, and was told by multiple agents that I would NOT have to pay the extra fee for grass being over 9inches due to their agent quitting in the middle of the job. Today the new mower comes completes the yard and the company changes and states I will have to pay $200 for the 9inches of grass. They stated that the agents that told me I would not be liable was new and wrong! Supervisor agrees that I will have to pay. I told them it's not my fault that the first guy got his equipment stolen *** quit the company and you all waited to send someone out when I asked for sooner. It's not professional nor fair to me that I have to pay this extra ridiculous fee when I was cleared of it by other agents and it's not my fault.Business Response

This "lawn care" business is actually more of a ********** repository for contractors. I spoke to the company and explained exactly what I needed done. IThe initial quote I received sounded reasonable. I requested Mowing the lawn, cutting and shaping the shrubbery and removing all leaves/cuttings - clean out around the shrubbery. The only thing they did well was mow the lawn. The rest of the work was not done as asked and I could not get anyone on the phone to discuss the issue. Between text messages and emails I sent pictures of the work and they sent out another crew that basically moved the leaves into a pile. The initial quote for my request was approximately ******. I asked Lawn Love to cut my lawn on May 28, 2024, they scheduled my lawn service for May 30 with a 48 hour window that included May 31, 2024.. They did not cut the lawn, I cancelled the lawn service first online, but I also called on May 31, 2024 telling them I do not wish to continue business with them because of their poor sevice. The woman on the line stated that she could not cancel the current service because it was on the same day. After repeatedly telling her I want my service discontinued, she said they had until 8 pm on May 31, 2024. I told her, that was only a few hours away, so that is understood. I emphatically stated, I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE, CANCEL MY SERVICE NOW. CANCEL ANY SERVICE YOU HAVE ME DOWN FOR PAST TODAY MAY 31. She said OKAY I CANCELLED ALL OF THE OTHER SERVICES.On June 1, 2024 while I was away from home i received a message from a lawn company stated they were on the way to my house. I called Lawn Love again and after 30 minutes of having to berate the representative and telling her i was not paying for services I cancelled, she stated and sent an email stating that my lawn services were cancelled and I was not being charged for the June 1, 2024 lawn service.This morning June 6, 2024 I received a text message that states: "Lawn Love Reminder - Your upcoming Mow is scheduled for 06/08-06/10. Review and manage your service here: ************************. That leads you to their application to cancel services, which I did a week ago.Business Response

When you try to cancel, they say you can't until the service they keep cancelling at the last minute is provided. I want no further contact with this company. We needed a lawn service because we moved and used them while the house was on the market. They came out 2 times to mow when we went to the house to finalize before the closing we found the lawn pro did not mow the back yard, of a .25 acre lot, either time they went out. The grass in the back was 12 inches long. LAWN LOVE will not resolve the issue. They offered a $30 credit ONLY IF, I resumed services on a house I no longer own. The lawn fee was over $50 per service, and the rep said we would be charged the Tall Grass fee in addition to the normal fees! They also said after 5 days you accept the job, and are falsely claming we gave a positive rating sight unseen.Business Response

I cancelled my original service because they kept putting me off. Its on record that I never received services and canceled because of. I had a man come to my home a week later and chop off my grass to the point where its not recognizable even though Im my original service I asked my grass to be cut high because thats how I like. They left an entire mess. My front yard has never looked as bad as this man who trespassed. Never. On the website it isnt a way to speak to anyone yet alone answer pertinent questions.
