      I'm rejecting the response made by Lawn Love because the company continues to want to charge me and have me wait an indefinite amount of time for a Pro to only mow my lawn. To date, no Pro has been found. My lawn hasn't been mowed. Lawn Love has the capacity to charge my card at will for required 3 mows, even though their website states no contracts or subscriptions required. Lawn Love is still holding me to this requirement with no Pro and no lawn mowing services upcoming in site nor completed. Lawn Love's resolution isn't acceptable. My card shouldn't be charged. I want no further contact with Lawn Love. Thank you.

      I'm not accepting the response from Lawn Love because I've already stated that I don't want lawn services, Experience Specialist(s) and Pro correspondences, nor to be charged for any services from this business. Lawn Love is continuing to try to force me to do business with them with Pros showing up unannounced at my home. The Pro didn't complete any lawn services after I explained that I wasn't conducting business with Lawn Love, and I'd contacted the BBB. The Pro informed me that he was unaware, and stated, "I don't know why it was still appearing on my schedule." "It" being the job for lawn service at my home. Having Pros show up unannounced at my home to conduct business (i.e., lawn services) that I've explicitly stated I don't want and being forced to do business is unacceptable. Thank you.

      I had contacted to set up bi-weekly lawn service. The crews did not show up and after I hired a new service provider they sent someone who charged me for work performed by a different service! I contacted for refund and was told it was submitted and I would receive in 7 - 10 business days and it was never processed! This is STEALING! AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

      I am writing to file a complaint against LawnLove regarding their inadequate service and unprofessional conduct. Throughout this year, I have gone through six different professionals, each failing to properly maintain my lawn. Most recently, my scheduled service was postponed by a whole week after already waiting a week for a new pro, which is unacceptable as I have to comply with my neighborhood bylaws (BOA) requirements.Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, LawnLove showed no genuine effort to fix the problem. Their responses have been generic and dismissive, and when I pressed for a solution, they canceled my service entirely without my authorization, instead of attempting to provide a new professional.Additionally, they increased the service charge from $52 to $62 per cut without justification. This predatory pricing, coupled with poor service, has caused significant stress, especially regarding my bylaw obligations.I am requesting a full refund for all lawn cuts this year due to the ongoing issues and the stress caused by dealing with this company. I hope the BBB can assist in addressing this matter promptly.Thank you for your attention.

      December 6th, 2023 I hired lawn love to mow my lawn - I paid them *****. I canceled my account and I was never going to hire them again - they did a horrible job, brought a dog with them and then tied the dog up in my front yard while they did a bad job on my back yard. Out of the blue I got a charge on my credit card in the same amount of ***** and that was on April 29th, 2024. I called Lawn Love since I did not hire them - I already had another company mowing my lawn. Lawn love believed their person and not I. Lawn love refuses to give me my money back yet they DID NOT mow my lawn. I am here at all times and they were not here - and I am a senior asking for help. Let me know who else I should call if need be. I want a refund and an apology! I did not give permission for them to be on my property at all -

      On 6/12/2024, I sought a landscaping service to address dead grass and dirt patches on my lawn. After corresponding with someone I believed was local, we agreed on a scope of work. I paid an invoice for $1,200 upfront.On 6/24, they claimed to have tested my grass. Upon trying to contact them, I discovered the phone number on the invoice was incorrect. My attempts to discuss specifics about the work were met with resistance - I was only allowed to communicate via a bot on their app.On 6/26, I received an email stating they had fertilized the lawn and completed the job. This is highly suspicious, as no visible work has been done.Despite multiple requests, I have been denied direct communication with the lawn professional. This lack of transparency, coupled with the absence of tangible results, raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this service.Now as of today, 6/27, I can no longer access my account to read the correspondence. I strongly caution others against using this company. Their practices are questionable at best and potentially fraudulent.

      The company is fraudulenty using my business name to earn customers. Their website lists my company as a provider for them ( i am not). As well as a bogus description as well as misleading pricing information. I have never approved this and need it removed asap. I am the sole owner of luciris lawncare

      I signed up with Lawn Love to have my backyard mowed on a monthly basis. I get a text message on 06/25/24 informing me my lawn was scheduled to be mowed which I thought was too early. I logged into my account and see where the company had changed my mow frequency from monthly to bi-weekly without informing me. I called the company and was informed they do not offer monthly which is a lie because while speaking with the rep, I informed her the website lets you select monthly! This is just wrong!

      June 4, 2024 Lawn love sent a mower to cut my lawn. He did partial work due to his equipment getting stolen. (He quit the job that day) Backyard was not done and half the front yard was done. The company apologized for inconvenience and gave a $15 credit. The agent stated they had to find another mower to complete the job and they did a few days later and scheduled it for June 17, 2024. Over that period of time my grass grew high and I reported that multiple times to the company, Lawn Love, and was told by multiple agents that I would NOT have to pay the extra fee for grass being over 9inches due to their agent quitting in the middle of the job. Today the new mower comes completes the yard and the company changes and states I will have to pay $200 for the 9inches of grass. They stated that the agents that told me I would not be liable was new and wrong! Supervisor agrees that I will have to pay. I told them it's not my fault that the first guy got his equipment stolen *** quit the company and you all waited to send someone out when I asked for sooner. It's not professional nor fair to me that I have to pay this extra ridiculous fee when I was cleared of it by other agents and it's not my fault.

      This "lawn care" business is actually more of a ********** repository for contractors. I spoke to the company and explained exactly what I needed done. IThe initial quote I received sounded reasonable. I requested Mowing the lawn, cutting and shaping the shrubbery and removing all leaves/cuttings - clean out around the shrubbery. The only thing they did well was mow the lawn. The rest of the work was not done as asked and I could not get anyone on the phone to discuss the issue. Between text messages and emails I sent pictures of the work and they sent out another crew that basically moved the leaves into a pile. The initial quote for my request was approximately ******. I was char.ged ****** There is also a 3 mow minimum and if one doesn't watch their account - "quotes" become services that are not done well
