1 starI contacted this company thinking I would be working directly with a lawn care service. This is nothing but a broking service connecting customers with lawn services. When I had an issue with the service who actually mowed my lawn, they would not help with a resolution. I merely wanted the lawn service to respond and make some minor turf repairs to my lawn. Lawn Love mandated I get two estimates to support my claim. Guess what, no service will provide estimates for such minor work. Lawn Love refused to give me the contact information of the actual lawn service because I cancelled using them. Wow, why would I continue to use a service that kept damaging my lawn?While not actually a scam, this is a service that takes your money, and then does absolutely nothing to assist when there is an issue. There is no ability to determine they are acting as a broker when you sign up, it just appears that you are hiring Lawn Love employees directly to mow your lawn. In actuality, they are just a middle man. How can an internet based service in ********* possibly assist having a lawn mowed in *****, **?AVOID THIS BUSINESS!Review fromFelix A
