1 starThis is merely a scheduling service that dispatches local lawn care professionals. Trying to work with this company has been a disaster at every step. I am currently trying to cancel my service. I have been waiting for my 3rd cut for 3 weeks. My lawn is a mess. I was charged 3 times for services that I did not receive. Right now I have a credit balance and Im not hopeful that I will get that back. I switched to Lawn Love because I needed to put the scheduling on someone elses plate and Ive spent more time trying to get basic service than not using them. So the opposite of what I needed. Horrible job , they were told to call me before starting job -they did not , they charged to pull weeds out - they did not , they charged to trim a **** - they did not . They ruined the yard with the weed eating , they were told to not touch a very large mum , they mowed part of it with a lawn mower !!! They ruined the whole yard , they refused to have a supervisor call about the yard , do not give these people any of your money !!!Lawn Love Lawn Care
