ZERO stars. After activating an account on a Thursday, I was told I would have somebody come and service my lawn Friday- Saturday. Which was rescheduled again and again and guess what, again. Two different "pros" and almost a week later, on Wednesday I have finally given up and cancelled. This entire experience has been a cluster and I would not recommend the hassle or headache to anyone if you actually want your yard mowed.Lawn Love Lawn Care

THE WORST service! The amount of miscommunication I had with my crew was frustrating but I didnt feel like trying to find another service, I said I would just put up with it until the end of summer and find a new service next year. My first crest quit after the first job because of an issue with ************************ had to call to get a new crew, they didnt automatically assign anyone else. The first time the new crew came out, they went to my neighbors house who I dont like & cut THEIR yard! There were times theyd say they couldnt make it but then theyd come out or theyd cut on Friday then change up their schedule so theyd show up Tuesday, my yard doesnt need another cut! I reluctantly suggested my mom use them while she found a service she liked and its been at least 2 weeks now and 2 crews keep saying they cant make it due to issues with their equipment. I literally just called customer service to see if I can get someone to her house asap cause her grass is really high & she needs it cut before Tuesday, but when someone picked up they were silent for a minute before saying anything and then they introduced themselves and after I gave the rep the address I was calling to check on, the rep said they needed to call me back. I asked why and the rep stated they were having issues and will call me back in a few minutes. I told him/her they have terrible service and not to call me back. It sounded like they were taking a personal call and not representing a professional company. Im so disgusted right now. Lawnlove didnt get my payment on Saturday and discontinued my service by Monday, which for all their bs, to end my service so quickly is ridiculous. This company is clearly very unprofessional & I hope it shuts down. Seriously, this level of unprofessionalism should be extinguished. Hope others dont have to experience this, but if youre reading this, dont be surprised if you just end up frustrated.Lawn Love Lawn Care

This is actually a ZERO star company. I called Lawn Love on a Sunday and requested a cut Tuesday/Wednesday and was told a crew would be out Tuesday/Wednesday. Then it was changed to some time on Friday/Monday. I reached out to the scheduled crew on Friday and asked they come ASAP as the lawn really needed attention. The next day I got a response from mower T who told me he didnt know why theyd scheduled him as I was out of his area. I called Lawn Love immediately, was told they would find another crew, rescheduled for Monday/Tuesday - now a week after Id originally asked for. Crew was a no-show Monday and Tuesday. When I called Tuesday after work, having given them plenty of time to do the job or contact me, Lawn Love told me the 2nd crew dropped the job because I was out of their service area as well - no one bothered to call, text, or email me. They certainly didnt have a problem reaching out when they were trying to sell me something. They offered to reschedule with another crew and I told them to cancel my account. Im keeping a close eye on the CC that they have and I will absolutely file an official complaint if they try to charge me for anything. They wasted my time and energy, no service provided, inadequate customer service, and I will cut my lawn myself with manicure scissors before I call them again.Lawn Love Lawn Care

Horrible communication. Continuous no shows. Contractors trying to work outside of the on line platform to profit more. We were rescheduled due to no call no shows 5 times. Lawn Love/ Lawn Starter never once reached out to let us know out service would not get done. After the 6th no show we canceled the service. I would give negative stars if I could. I have used them since July 6 (since I have to use them 3 times) all three times my lawn was not cut properly (this last time, the entire back yard and side was not cut at all) It was supposed to be cut between the 4-5 of Aug, they didn't show up til the 6th. Only cut the front yard, I called to complain. Lawn Love said give them 24hrs and it would be fixed. I recieved a text at ****a on the 7th being told that the guy could not cut it that day due to religious beliefs (too easy) they didn't show on the 8th either. I had to call again and was told that the lawn provider came out on the 7th and fixed it (which they didn't) Finally customer service said they would get a different provider and they would be out here the 11 or 12 of Aug. I said fine, but I didn't feel like I should be charged extra for long grass since it wasn't my fault. The customer service rep agreed and said I wouldn't be charged extra. Found out who my new provider was, texted them to warn them about the long grass (probably almost a foot by now) and they sent me a new quote ($109.17) and wouldn't be able to make until the 15/16th Aug. I have been on the phone with customer service not stop since the start of this process and still no resolution. The newest customer service said that they will fond another new provider but the soonest would be 13/14th Aug. I am now awaiting a supervisor to call me back to give me more BS information. This is one of the worse services ever. I see why they make you agree to 3 cuts, because if you didn't have to you would definitely stop after the 1st cut. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am still here with grass in my backyard that you don't want to walk thru for fear of what could be slithering in it.. I will probably get an automated response like I did on Yelp. I am still waiting for the supervisor to call me, which will probably necwr happenLawn Love Lawn Care

1 starOn a bi-weekly mow schedule. Skipped my last mow and then charge me on a long grass fee today. August 10th It was their idea to skip and just email me. Plus they had to find me a new crew to mow. Have the emails from them stating this.Review fromAlysia R

I received a text stating **** would come to my house ***** between 12:30 and 1;00. I texted him at 1 ;45 and asked if there was a problem. I did not get a reply. At 2:00 I called the support number and they confirmed the message from **** and said they would get in touch with him. I also sent another text message to him.it is now 7:45 and I haven't heard from anyone . I am very disappointed and would like to know if I need to change companies. I signed up for biweekly service. In addition to not showing up when they said they would for the first 2 mows, they failed to show up at all for the 3rd mow. Yet, they emailed/texted me that the work was complete. I reported it and they made me prove that my yard was not cut. They said if I did not respond within 24 hours, they would consider the matter resolved. I responded right away with pictures of my unmowed lawn. I have not heard from them since. Meanwhile, the contractor who was supposed to mow my lawn said he would not be coming, as Lawn Love is a terrible company who does not pay him. Lawn love also has my next mow as late September. Keep in mind my last mow should have been July 26 and I have biweekly service. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE. The only time they contacted me immediately is when they wanted to sign me up to get my credit card info. Stay away from this company.Lawn Love Lawn Care
