5 starsThis is the hands down best company in the business. I am a wedding planner and they saved the day for a wedding event. Got the backyard lawn all nice and done in a timely manner. They were very efficient with their time and I would most definitely recommend!Review fromDion A

1 starDo not use this lawn care company. I had schedule a window of two days. They never showed up. **************** is worthless. They are just stalling front operation. They told me they reached out to the contractor and that contractor would contact me shortly. They never did. My lawn never got mowed. Do Not Use. Horrible. Horrible company.Review fromD'Angelo D

1 starThis company started to perform lawn services for ** last year at a property which was an inheritance. The start of the lawn season 4.27.23-current my credit card has been charged for services never rendered upon the dates stated by the company. As of yesterday another charge was applied to my credit card with an email indication of services being rendered. The ironic part is the property was cut by my associate and not Lawn Love and they stated to rate the lawn service performed by lawn pro of Lawn Love. The company is a total scam which charges your credit card without rendering services.Review fromDhalila A

5 starsMy uncle had a stroke in December and I was left in charge of taking care of his lawn. I ended up over fertilizing the lawn and I accidentally ended up killing his lawn. I tried to bring it back to life with weeks of watering every day, but I had no luck. It looked terrible.I had to act fast to get my uncle a new lawn before he came home from the hospital so I reached out to Lawn Love and told them about my dilemma. They acted fast and quoted me a price, and set me up for service right away (on a Sunday), before my uncle came home. They arrived on time, and their service was very professional, and the lawn looks beautiful! What a relief! My uncle will wonder how I got his lawn looking so good! 1 starWe hired this company to clean up and cut the weeds and grass in our backyard. They start it with weed eating a path from our gate to the middle of our yard. But they have not been back since the initial day that they started. But they sure took our money!!Review fromPerla B

1 starSCAM, SCAM, RUN!!!!!They have weird pricing and falsify charges. I got a tall grass fee with low grass. I just wanted one cut and bushes trimmed those were two separate prices on separate days. I got charged for the mowing that never happened and I have been trying to cancel but cant. I asked that they do not come on my property but I am still being charged. Now my bill is almost $200 dollars. For a $69 service. Please find anybody else to care for your yard. This was a horrible experience.Review fromLaToya B

I wish I could give no stars!!! They never show up, they don't communicate. You can't get in contact with anyone and they won't let you cancel. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my first cut and they've continuously canceled or rescheduled, now my lawn looks like a jungle and they'll charge a long grass fee. Do not use this company!!!????????

I used them last year and canceled due to poor customer service and work quality. I moved to another county and tried them again this year because of a discount and got the same bad experience. Subcontractors here don't respond, respect your time or provide the quality of work for what you pay.To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for ***** cleanup and 62.** for the cut when there wasn't any actual cleanup but a cutting of the yard. Avoid this company at all costs. I spoke to someone on the phone when I signed up and they assured me that my yard would get mowed and trimmed. I also requested a quote for yard clean up. My yard was overgrown and I knew it. I was told the crew would show up and send me a quote for the overgrown fee and yard cleanup the await my approval. What I got was a random guy with a mower in the back of a van and no quotes or other meaningful communication. He mowed two thirds of the lawn and it looks like he just wandered around. I can't find any evidence that he even used a trimmer.Second crew scheduled and now they quote a ridiculous price for yard cleanup which I did over the weekend trying to straighten up what the first guy did.I declined the yard cleanup and hoped for someone to finish my yard. They cancelled at the last minute and the company refuses to cancel my service claiming they can't do it in their system as long as there is a service scheduled. I will probably have to get a lawyer involved at this point. I feel I have been taken advantage of.Lawn Love Lawn Care
