I placed an order in October of 2024. I have still not received the item ordered. I have emailed them a few times requesting a refund or my item to be sent. I keep getting a reply that they are looking into the matter and to be patient. I have called and requested a refund. I was told that I would receive my refund by April 18, 2025. I have not received the refund to this day. I tried calling again this morning. The call went to the voicemail of a man not the company. Made purchase with delivery day 12/24/2024, didn't arrive. Sent communication, called the company, was promised in January. As of 5/2/2025, have not received items. I am getting generic replies when making inquiries. I wanted to get a refund, however the payment went through a third party and I would not get a full refund back as it was an installment plan with interest which is more than the original purchase.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on February 1st. On February 24th, I contacted YouBooze by email asking about the status of my order. I never received a response so on March 11th, I sent an email canceling my order. The only reply I received was an automated email telling me they were checking into my request. I have sent numerous emails and have even called, but no one has ever gotten back to me. I am so tired of the automated responses. I just want a refund on the order I never received.Initial Complaint

On March 24th, I ordered a bottle of whiskey to be sent to my stepmother as a birthday gift. After such, I sent 3 emails asking when it was to be shipped. On April 2nd, they emailed that they did not have it in stock and it would most likely take another two weeks before they would have it again. Mind you, my **** was charged on the date I ordered it, with them knowing they did not even have the item. After they told me about the added time, I requested a full refund on April 3rd. They said it would take 10 business days. It has been 12 business days and I have not yet received confirmation on a refund. Order ***** was placed on March 11 with an estimated delivery date of March 20. On March ********************************************************** it had yet to ship. The same day I requested a full refund of $89.42. The company acknowledged the request and quoted 10 business days to receive the refund. I followed up on the refund March 27, April 5, April 7 and April 9. All the email will tell me is they apologize and are looking into it.Initial Complaint

I purchased this in December and it was supposed to ship in January and they kept telling me it was shipping then it was arriving late it never came. I started asking about it in January then they said it would be in February. I asked for a refund and since they were supposed to be refunding me. I tried to file with my bank, but since I use my debit card, I only had ************************************** that it was on backorder, but when I realized they were not going to provide me with the item or my money back, it was too late to geta refund from my bank. I have attached all the corresponding emails that have showed since January I have been trying to get them to refund my money or provide me with the item which they havent done either. Also, the tracking number they provided does not show anything has ever happened.
