    Ordered merchandise-some themed for an upcoming (at the time) holiday. Nowhere on the site did it state items were out of stock. Company sent a notice stating some of my order would be shipped "soon-" but then I tracked, over a week later, and it was just "label created." Contact with the company has been useless, and my emails are now being completely ignored.

    Offered pre-order for an item in August for delivery in September/ October. Item never delivered and they have no clue when it will be available and are not offering a resolution.

    Ordered a bottle of ******** Owl Bourbon, on September 15, 2023 as a birthday gift for my son. Paid for 3-Day Express shipping. Charged $503 for the bourbon and shipping. Full cost processed on my **************** the day of the purchase. On September 21, 2023 I checked with my son and he informed he had not received the bourbon. I checked the tracking number and found that the item was never shipped. I followed up with YouBooz multiple times. They either told me the order had been fulfilled or that they had not received it in their warehouse. I made several attempts to determine when and if the bourbon could or would be dlievered and they never responded. When I asked for a refund, they told me it was their company policy to not provide refunds, but they offered a gift card. There was no mention of a "no refund" policy in the check-out process. The fact is they took $503 from me for a product they could not deliver, did not deliver, and now they are refusing refund my money.

    Order placed 3 weeks ago and the tracking number provided still says ready for pick up. My 6 various messages via the online form, emails and phone calls to You Booze still 100% being ignored despite being promised last week by one person that I would be called back right away. Card has been charged and I was given a fraudulent *** tracking number.

    Never received order and they don't respond to email or phone calls. This is a fraudulent business and there seems to be multiple people on BBB that have complained about the same thing. Total of two orders totaling $1428.66.

    Placed an order 2 weeks ago and never received email confirmation with order number or tracking info although credit card was charged ($427.xx). Tried calling multiple times, no one answers. Left voicemails, sent inquiry via their website (no email was posted), tried their online chat support. Never received any call back or any email response or any response from chat. Fraudulent business practice and inexistent customer service.

    This company has been taking orders for alcohol online and getting paid while not delivering through with any of the orders. And the response you get back from the company only through email is that there is no refund policy and pretty much ignore any other responses from you I placed an order a month ago and still have not been delivered anything I have paid for this company needs to be s*** down and not to be allowed to steal peoples money

    Date of Transaction - June 9, 2023 Total Amount charged - ****** *************** and found 1.75L for ***** - bait and switch tactics Emailed and they refused ti cancel the order. I would like them to either honor the 1.75L for the price or cancel and refund my order. No one answers my call now.
