    In May, 2023 I purchased a bottle of gin that was showing in stock. It was not in stock, but they charged my card and printed an *** label. I have not received the product, and emailed customer service. They refuse to return my money for the product I never received but offer a gift card. In reading about this company, I gather this is what they do to customers. I have no desire to deal with this company in the future and have no use for a gift card.

    I ordered $578 worth of items from this company on December 5th, 2023. All items were showing on their website as available and ships in 2 to 3 business days. I contacted this company by email (as no one answers the phone) on December 19th, 2023 regarding the status of my order. They stated that their supplier does not have the items I ordered in stock, but will ship as soon as they are back in stock stating the next week. I told them that was unacceptable and asked for a refund, as these were meant as Christmas gifts. Email back stated they don't give refunds, but would send me a gift card with a one month expiration date (which I pointed out was illegal) for items that were in stock. I asked them what was in stock, because the exact items I ordered were showing available on their website and ready to ship. I received no response to that, only a response that their expiring gift card "bait and switch" tactic was illegal. At which point they said it doesn't expire really, if it was unused they would reissue it. I told them I want the items I ordered, at the price I ordered them for. I have not received a response at all from this company since 12/26/2023. No tracking number, no additional correspondence. After reading numerous reviews of this happening to people, this company is clearly a scam company. I'm hoping my financial institution can get my money back at this point. Hoping this can make its way to the ********** Attorney General and their scam company is put out of business. I have put the email string with these people in as an attachment.

    Date of transaction: Dec. 20th 2023 They have been misleading me about the shipment.I reached out to *** and verified that the shipment was never sent out. They created a label but *** never received the merchandise. I have been calling their customer service phone and no one ever picks up **************. left multiple messages and no one returns the calls.

    I made a purchase from this merchants website; WWW.YOUBOOZE.COM, in the amount of $246.82 which was charged to my credit card on 06Dec.2023. as of 21 Dec.2023 the order has not been fulfilled. The merchant does not respond to multiple attempts at communicating via, email, CHAT or phone calls and voicemail.

    On 12/5/23, I purchased several bottles of alcohol products on the ********************************** website and requested they be shipped to my relatives in ***********, **. Around 12/12/23, I checked the YouBooze website and saw that the products were not shipped so I've called, website chatted and emailed with no response from Youbooze. I'd prefer to have my products shipped out as requested or at the very least a refund equesting that my purchase be shipped to the *********** Address that I provided. As of the writing of this complaint, I have yet to hear back from YouBooze regarding my concerns.

    I ordered 2 bottles of bourbon on 11/18/23. The total was $111.80. They are still showing on their website that one of the bottles is still available and the other is in transit. The one in transit only has a label made I didnt even know about the other one out of stock until I received a text (which I NEVER consented to) saying it is. I even paid for expedited shipping! I tried to call, email, heck even text the number back that texted me first. This is a gigantic scam! The offered a store credit however why in the heck would I repurchase something that is showing in stock, let alone trust them because I still havent received the other item yet! Do not purchase from them.

    On Dec 5 2023, I placed an order and paid $313.80. YouBooze said I would be emailed tracking number of shipment. I have received a solicitation email every day but no tracking number. I've called several times but no one ever answers the phone so I leave messages which are not returned either. Now it is December ******************************** call backs. TOTAL SCAM!!

    Oct 5, 2023 Order a bottle of Blantons Bourbon from them with the shopping insurance that would cover damage during shipping. The bottle arrived damaged. Have been requesting a replacement bottle ever since. They keep saying it is out of stock, but on their website it is still available for a new purchase. They are unresponsive and will not replace the damaged product.

    Paid $150 for a bottle. Never received bottle. Exchanged emails with customer service. Months went by.they stopped responding. Requested refund, never got one. Still no bottle either. They stole my money.

    I placed an order on Nov 22 (order#*****) for four bottles. I paid shipping, and also purchased shipping insurance.One bottle arrived opened/leaked out. I notified the *** driver who took photos. I notified YOU BOOZE, they acknowledged the problem refused to ship a replacement unless I paid shipping. Refused to refund to my payment method, the product cost of the damaged bottle ($19). The ONLY option was a gift card for Product cost only. They refused to refund the cost to ship a replacement product (which was more the shipping cost of the original 4 bottle order) or to pay/waive the shipping cost..I have emailed them multiple times. They are still refusing to refund my payment method, or cover shipping on a replacement
