So frustrated, they wouldn't leave me alone. I use them for 6 months and that was about 5 years ago. Now they still keep calling me even though I beg threatening plead for them to take me off their call list and out of their database all together, they simply won't do it. They keep my phone number and they keep calling me no matter what I do. It's a ************* and it's housecall Pro. Last time they called they argued that I must be mistaken, it must have been another company calling.Housecall Pro

Very disappointed with Housecall pro. I thought I was making a great choice by switching my CRM from ********** to Housecall pro but I was wrong. Ive had nothing but headaches dealing with these people. First of all when you call customer support you get a person on the phone just to tell you that they will have some one call you back to answer your question in 48 hrs. Second, they put all of my credit card payouts on hold for so far 7 days because someone disputed a transaction. They didnt talk to me about the hold and dispute until after I called 5 times demanding my money. As of right now the money that they are holding of mine is now showing a different amount thats owed to me and they are telling me that Ill have to wait 48 hrs to speak with someone about it. Housecall pro is a scam and Im going back to Jobber !Housecall Pro

Horrible Experience. Feel *****% Scammed. I signed up after spending over an hour on the phone with my initial call and was told that if I was unhappy with the platform I would be refunded. However, when 30 days came around I tried to cancel serval times on the phone and was talked into doing an on-boarding call. (which they knew would be past the 30-days money back) I never used the platform and will **** recommend this to other businesses. I went with ****** instead based on their easy platform and amazing customer service.Housecall Pro

Im so unhappy with the service. **************** is beyond useless they cannot provide you with any sufficient information. I am tired of dragging on an issue that could have been resolved in a day or 2 if I didnt have to communicate through a chat all the time for everything. I request calls and they swear they can never get through. There has been an ongoing issue for a week now, I simply just want it solved. It takes hours to a full day to get one response from the chat with no resolution. They have been running me in circles all week requesting several personal documents later deemed unnecessary to me just to tell me that my payment exceeds a monthly limit, that has to be general information ,which at no point is ever disclosed prior to signing up for the feature but okay. I didnt get chance to fully utilize the other features this experience was bad enough that Im no longer interested. The business structure is ridiculously bad and now they are calling my clients causing more confusion after telling me they cant process my payment its getting weird and making me very uncomfortable. I need someone who can actually help to reach out to help settle the matter asap and ensure that my clients refund is initiated, the time frame it will take for them to receive, why we were approved for Instapay then all of sudden ineligible with no notice or an explanation, and how to completely cancel services and remove my information from the platform it would be appreciated.Housecall Pro

House call pro is one of the worse companies i have ever worked with. their customer service is terrible. They always have an excuse for what the problem is ant it is not their fault. The do not pay on time and you have to go through hoops to get your money if it is their issue. keep tabs on what you pay. They change without notice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. We do hear you and understand your frustrartions, it looks like several chats are closed because of your request to call them. I know it seems tedious sometimes, but there are questions, and information sometimes our team needs to gather in order to assist you quickly and correctly. As far as payments. it looks like that team has already reached out or trying to reach out to assist you. There is a payment timeline, and depending on your bank and customers bank it could take a day or so. I do apologize again for your frustrations. It was great early on, but after each update it go worse and worse, their tech support is a joke, I have yet to contact them for an actual issue where it has been solved, not once. Now they implemented a "feature" where if I edit an address it doesnt affect any past jobs and I am not longer able to see any past jobs, its working as intended they said. it wasnt like that 2 months ago. and this is just the last one, every single edit makes the *** unnecesarly confusing, things that could be done in 1 or 2 steps now require 4 or 5. stop adding geatures that nobody ask for and actually worry to fix existing issues. if it wasnt so complicated and troublesome to migrate to another ***/Dispatch plataform I would have done it alreay; I will probably end migrating to another plataform sooner than later if the software continues on the path its going.Housecall Pro

Hi ****. Sorry for the issue here. I was able to do some research and do see that you were working with the correct team on the address issues. The *** you were working with has also passed along your feedback to the team that works on that feature. That is how the feature is intended to work when changing addresses. It works like that in case maybe a client moves, but you want to keep record of what was done at that previous address. You should still be able to see all past jobs, if you are on the mobile app it will so a condensed list, about 6 months prior. If you a delete a job, it could be the reason you don't see them, but we have a way to access deleted jobs as well. Again, we are sorry for the frustration and we are constantly working to improve, and add to the platform. I will definitely pass this along to my team. Very disappointed in what we were told from the beginning. We were told that this could handle our maintenance agreements and send reminders to our clients when it is time for maintenance service. Well that is not totally true. You have to use their service plan ap that is run by the credit card company so it is totally separate from *** in my opinion. All we wanted was somewhere on the customer info to set a reminder to be sent when they are due. THEY DONT HAVE THAT. You have to set this up through the service program ap that wants to charge the customers card for payment and have them store a card for future payments. We dont operate that way not everyone pays with a credit card. When I tried to figure this whole thing out I basically found out that they dont want to add a customer reminder because the credit card processor would lose out on the fees. So they are basically saying we value the credit card company over our customers. All i have been doing for the last year is finding work arounds for this system. Its been very stressful to say the least.I gave two stars because the scheduling part of *** works well and guess what customers get reminded the day before when they have a service appointment so I know they can do reminders they just dont want to for service agreements.Housecall Pro

The service plan app is ran by Housecall Pro, not the credit card processor. We do partner with the processor to allow our pros to accept credit cards. Hi *****. Sorry about the issue here. I was able to do a little research, I noticed that you have requested a cancellation as of 8/27/24. I see back on March 22 you started working with billing, and retention as well. The result of that conversation was a promo added to your account for two months. I do also see see there was also a refund applied in March as well. March 19, is when the plan was activated and changed to the essentials package by you. It does look like you are working with the team(s) that can assist with the cancellation of your account, and the potential refund. We are a subscription based service, so you essentially pre-pay for the months ahead. Once a cancellation is requested, but saved we have you start a new cancellation request., as this part of our cancellation policy. Was lied to in *** of signing up. Once I found out advertised features weren't available, I barely used the service. Once my 1/2 off month was up, I promptly ending my agreement and asked for my card to be removed from file so I wouldn't be charged the following day. Was told if I was charged, to call back and it would be resolved. I have now called back for 5 days in a row without any refund, without being contacted, without speaking with a manager I asked for. During this past 5 days I have felt a complete lack of respect as a customer, client, and further showed the true transparency of what the company is after. Providing support for its users who pay and wish to end service, all the way until it's over is the way it should be done with an interest in earning me back. Not pushing me to other companies. I am truly let down with what seemed to be a company that understood its user base, only to find out it's a scam.Housecall Pro
