    Someone from orderneobodhci business account charged my cash card ***** for something I didn't order.....so they got into my account I don't know how...I never even heard of them till now..

    I just got charged ***** on my card and u ain't even sign up for your service I would like a refund of my money thank you.. I really don't know how they still in business when they charging people.!!

    NeoBod deducted $19.99 from my account without my knowledge or permission! I have no clue as to what the charge is for and I did NOT authorize the deduction!

    My credit card has been charged by NEOBOD which happens to be some fitness app. I didnt subscribe for anything. Please refund the charge. I need my money back

    The charge of ***** appeared taken from my bank account and I have never heard of this company before. The transaction appeared today 12/3/2022. I have never ordered anything from them. Definitely a scam.

    I got a charge on my Mastercard for $27.32 ******** from My neobod that I did not know about till I got my bill. It was on November 16th. I have seen other complaints since discovering this on my bill.

    November 29 I happened to check my credit card account. Like all the other complaints I had a charge for $27.26 from NeoBod FIF and phone number ************. I had no idea what this was . So on November 30 I phoned the number and talked to a girl . I asked what this charge was for and she said I subscribed to an app. I asked what kind? She said do you want this canceled? I said I sure do, but how did you get my info? She again said I subscribed to it. I received an email saying refund of $19.99 will be processed. Not thinking of the exchange rate ( Im in ******) I tried calling number on the email. Wouldnt go through. I checked my credit card account again and now it was saying a charge of $28.05 this was November 30. So I used the same number above and was able to speak to a young man about the charge being $28.05 now. What am I being refunded for? I also asked where did you get my information? He said I signed up for a free trial and now Im getting charged. I said when did I sign up for free trial? He couldnt tell me. But assured me that I would get my refund. I didnt get any email saying I signed up for anything and its a fitness app that I would never think of signing up for. So dont know how they are doing getting our information, but I would be changing passwords, and checking credit card statements everyday. How do these people sleep at night??1-************ call this number for refund.

    I was charged $19.99 against Debit card on 11/30/2022. My bank fraud division caught it. I never authorized any charges from this company. Hard to get an exercise program when you have a fractured back. Thank God I have fraud protection.

    I received an unauthorized charge in my checking account today of $19.99 from a company/app I never heard of and nor ordered. I have notified my bank of this fraudulent charge today as well.I went on the BBB site and noticed it is doing the same to many people.Not even sure how it got my account number.Can you help stop this companies fraudulent activity?Thank you *********************** I would like this company

    On 11/28/2022, my checking account was charged $19.99 for something Ive never heard of and did not order.The company was BraveNewBrands-NeoBod ********* ** Caus I would like a return of my money but dont know how to contact them.
