    This company, whom I have never heard of is talking $19.99 out of my checking account for 3 months in a row. I have tried calling them, with various contact numbers I've found in the internet. They are simply STEALING!!! I can't provide supporting documents because I haven't ordered or joined anything from these thiefs!

    I checked my Mastercard to find they had billed me for $19.99 USA ($27.80 CA). I have/had never heard of this company. They clearly stole my credit card information and simply billed me. I have NEVER authorized a billing on my credit card with this "company" nor have I EVER received a single service from them.They stole my card information and billed me. I want my money returned.

    I should have noticed it sooner but have had partner in and out of hospital last 12 months.Starting July 2, 2022 I have been charged every month on my Discover card $19.99 from a company called MYNEOBOD ************ for something---don't know what it is, never received anything----never heard of this company---never did business with this company. Called company said money can not be refunded! I will call Discover Card to stop these recurring charges. Something needs to be done about this company! Stealing information and then charging innocent people and seniors! For 5 months they charged me $19.99 x 5= $99.95

    On November 24th 2022 I received a notice from my bank for an authorization for $19.99 for a subscription for a app called Neobod. located in ********* ********** . I have never heard of this company nor their app nor did I give authorization for this. I called and told them to please refund my money they said it would be 7 to 10 business days but I feel this is fraud or scam .whatever you want to call it and I just would like to report them. We will see if I get my money back without any more hassles. I have no clue how they got my debit card number.

    *** discovered a number of fraudulent charges made to my credit card. Neobod has been charging my card since June 2022, every month for $19.99. I never signed up for any services, nor did I download the app. The card is now cancelled, but Im not sure how to force this company to refund this money.
