    A $19.99 charge showed up on my credit card for some exercise app. I never purchased or heard of it. All these complaints and they are still in business. Luckily I have fraud protection on my card.

    There has been a charge of ***** on 4 different times.Sept .12th 2022 Aug 12th 2022 July 13th 2022 June 13th 2022 Each transaction was for $*****.00 I would like a refund on this scam and be assured they will not charge my card for zero services or item delivered.

    On 11/4/22 a $19.99 charge appeared in my checking account, likely from my debit card. It was from NeoBod. I don't know anything about this company nor did I authorize this charge. There is no phone number to contact them so I'm filing this complaint to hopefully get some information on how to reverse this charge and keep it from happening again.

    This company has been charging me for five months at $19.99. *** never signed up for anything and when I reached out to them and they told me they would refund three months and not the five. I have no idea what this is for.

    I looked into my account today under my transactions and $19.99 was taken out on Oct. 27th 2022. I noticed on the transaction it had NEO BOD , CA. When I looked up NEO BOD I noticed there was many people complaining about the same thing. I guess it is a fitness app that I never downloaded and never gave my information out for this. This is a scam and I refuse to pay this. I want the money back. This is FRAUD!!!

    I have just noticed I am being charged $19.99 and I have no idea what this is for. I have never visited this website so I have no clue how they got my information. Any information you can give me to stop this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I discovered a recurring monthly charge on my CITI card for $19.99 beginning on 10/13/2021 under the name NEOBODBYIGP with vendor number *********. Then beginning 11/12/2021 the $19.99 charge continued with a new name NEOFROMPEP ** and a new vendor number ********** through 10/8/2022. Citi gave me a telephone number ************ and a woman answered and said she would cancel the charge.... On this BBB website I found a telephone number for Neo Bod in *********, **.************. A young man answered and indicated this was the Customer Support for **********************. He obviously had heard stories like mine in the past. This website had many people with the same complaint. CITI cancelled my credit card. I am pretty sure this is a shady operation. This has been referred to ****'s fraud department. at ************ I have all the monthly invoices from CITI, too voluminous to send. **** said they'd refund my account on the new card.

    Over the course of the last 3 months, I have been getting billed to my debit card a charge of $19.99 per month for a service I've never heard of let alone ordered. I don't know how this company got my information, but I want the charges stopped. It's not so much the money however I would like it returned. The real problem is the fraud.

    I noticed a charge of $19.99 to my debit card which I knew nothing about, I called NEOBOD and told them I want a refund as I know nothing about this company nor do I want to.
