    A reoccurring charge of ***** was noticed. Called the company to see what it was. It is an app that I have never heard of or subscribed too. I asked for them to cancel and refund amount. She said she could only refund current charge and would cancel. The charge was refunded but reappeared the next month. Attempting to contact again. Want this canceled and no further charges to appear.

    I was billed $19.99 by this company but have never heard of them before. I'm looking to have the charge reversed.

    Similar to other complaints, I am being charged a monthly fee $19.99 for services that I never signed up for. I've never heard of this company, have never downloaded their app, and have no email confirmations from the company showing I agreed to these services. When I tried calling the company, there's only elevator music that plays. This company is a scam and should be prosecuted to the fullest.

    This business continues to charge my account, even after filing a complaint with the BBB ! I have been charged $19.99 on 04/10/2023, 05/10/2023, 06/09/2023, 07/10/2023, 08/08/2023. This needs to be stopped. Please help me get my money back from this company. I am a older, widowed women and I have never ordered anything or needed a " NEOBOD ". I am fine with the bod I have . I do need my money back tho, I can barely make it week to week without being ripped off by $#@&+ businesses like this one !

    I've just discovered Neo Bod has been charging me $19.99/month for who knows how long. I don't know this company, I don't even know what their product is, if they have one, and I don't believe I signed up for anything.

    I am being charged $19.99 per month for the last 3 months from a company called Neobod. I have never subscribed to this. I want the changes to stop immediately and I would like a refund in the amount of $59.97.

    8/7/23 I am being charged $19.99 for the last two months. I did not purchase anything from this company. I don't have any information about what these charges are for. I called the phone number on my bank statement. All I got was endless hold music.

    I filed a complaint about this company with you last month upon finding that my credit card was being charged $19.99 a month without my consent. I never consented for this service at all. After filing with you, I also contacted the company located in ********* (6-21-2023). I explained I was wrongly charged and did not sign up for this service. The representative told me that she would cancel the order and process a refund.On 7-22-2023, I notice another charge for $19.99 from this company again. When I noticed the charge originally in May of 2023 I called my credit card and got a replacement but somehow the same charge keeps appearing anyway. I tried to call today but was placed on hold for 40 minutes. I will try and again tomorrow. Please make this company stop charging me on a monthly basis and refund the money if pissible
