      paid my money for a plan for my kitten, the kitten was never checked because she was too small and cancelled the last appointment we had . when told them to refund me my money because a went somewhere else with my kitten they refused.

      If I could I would give Petco Zero 0 StarsThe other day I went to Petco to go purchase FELIWAY CLASSIC" diffuser for my pets, well I purchased it they recommended it today Sunday I took it back why well let's just say my cats became sick it says on the "FELIWAY CLASSIC" calming and comfort, No it's not, it makes the cats irritable it makes the cat more obnoxious and out of control! I called Petco to speak to the manager all she had to tell me was for me to call the company on a Sunday while they're closed cuz I did call, she told me to call the vet I'm not going to spend outrageous money when my cat is laying here having seizures convulsions and dying and I told this to the manager at Petco, she did not care. Petco is very rude. you sell an item, my cat is dying literally! As soon as I got off the phone not even 5 minutes my cat died! , from this item, my cat was healthy nothing was wrong with him, I plugged in this FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, all my cats started getting sick. I had to air out my unit in this freezing cold weather to try to get my cats, to get back to normal it did no good now, I'm trying to save my cats, my cats are not just pets, they are part of my family! FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, killed MY FAMILY member and my family member saved My Life 2 years ago when I had a heart attack, yes I am upset! No I'm having to clean everything, wash everything, sanitize everything, to get the smell, the stench, they say you can't smell it, they are wrong, FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, does have an odor! And yes it can make you sick and nauseous.too!

      I scheduled my first appointment with petco for my dog and 1 week prior to the appointment it was canceled. I rescheduled my dog for another appointment which again was canceled 4 days prior to the appointment. I then called and asked to speak with a manager and spoke with ******* or ******** and she herself made the 3rd appointment for my dog and 2 days prior to that appointment my dogs appointment was canceled yet again talking about the groomer was overbooked as if that was a fault of mines. I called back to speak with the manager again and got the same manager whom stated what is going on Im going to have to talk with them and she rescheduled me fpr the same day at 11am and stated she would give me a discount for the trouble. I take my dog in finally on 11/2 for his 11am appointment and I had my dogs shot record, his rabies medallion which had 2024 on it and was turned away because I didn't have the rabies certificate which is ridiculous I had the shot record, along with the rabies medallion for him. I was sooo angry as if they hadn't put me Thursday so much for all these appointments. I thought this was very NON CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE.

      I purchased dog steps online. When they arrived I saw they were very cheaply made of cardboard. When I went to return them they told me to return it to a store. When I did, they had trouble pulling it up. It would only give me a a refund on $43. Instead of the $ ***** I paid. They were confused as to why it was giving that amount. They suggested I go to another Petco that carried steps. I did. The same thing happened.I was told to call customer service. I did. They could not do anything since the item came from a third party. Again, it was suggested I go back to Petco and have them call customer service to process the return! They are the ones who told me to call customer service in the first place. I doubt they would spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund for me. If Petco cannot stand by their products and give a full refund even if it comes from a third party, which they should let you know, then I will no longer order from them!

      I had shopped at the **********************************, 40 miles from my home, as I was in the area for a vet appointment. During the cash register transaction the employee was talking to me and not paying attention and two things happened:1. a horrible smell of garbage which I thought was coming from the store itself, so i ignored....2. I was not paying attention to all my bags and where they were.I returned home after the shopping, and located the smell in a box of wet cat food I discovered an open can and fliy eggs. I immediately called the store and they wanted me to return the box to their store, ************************************************************************************************* my home city. I did this, was able to get a good box After this whole mess, I attempted to find the other items I purchased that day, only to discover I left a bag behind. I called to store to verify, and they said, yep, they had it and put it aside with my name on it. I told them of my dilemma and wondered if it would be possible to obtain a refund on the items. I would then happily buy the same products in my home city's store. They said they could not refund me over the phone as they had to have the card to refund in the store itself.The next day I went to my local Petco store to see if they could assist me with the refund, as they could call that store and verify that indeed the items were still in their hands, Then they could also be able to verify my card. But she said she could not do a refund from another store. I left.... very frustrated.I also reached out to the Petco customer service website: a similar reaction.I am unsure as to why, any of the employees at any of the Petco stores or their customer service web site, could not refund me the amount of these left behind purchases, using the same card that was part of the original transaction. Each transaction shows the last 4 digits of the card used. They had the items still in the store. They had my receipt.

      purchased dog cookies and was to be delivered same day by door dash. My order was canceled and never refunded. I have spent weeks conversing with Petco to no avail. I have even shown them my bank account where item was taken out and not refunded to this day! It's only $4.46. Shady, scam, whatever, Don't do door dash at Petco in *******, *******. You won't receive anything, not product, your points disappear, your money and sanity. PLEASE REFUND ME.

      I have never had a veterinarian clinic up sale. The packages they offered where your only options. Of course they pushed for the expensive ********* dog is 15 and some of the options in that package were not necessary..I have more but only 10 word min

      To a higher up that this may concern,I would like to highlight the name KEALA at ***** Petco on Kauai.I am not highlighting her name in a positive way but I do feel like all it would take is someone who determines a staff that should continue to be proud to represent the company yo make a visit as a secret shopper to this location and see how her service is from the minute you step in to actually asking her for assistance.I have been in at least three times at different times and the atmosphere she creates is hostile. The first encounter I had with her I needed help finding fish items and her presence seemed extremely annoyed even in silence however she took me to the aisle I needed. The second time, I was in line to buy dog food and she was shouting loud & upset swearing. I presume that was her husband and child in the store. The third time I encountered her I was in line I heard her mumble something under her breath as she stood in the distance. I set my things down and her next comment was about the staff in general, a problem with Im assuming the dollar amount available to make change in the drawer. After my third visit, I understand my gut and emotion feeling of this place feels hostile. If there is a shortage staff, then it should be communicated to customers a simple we will be right with you. There are a few recent reviews Ive read on Yelp and ****** with her name in it talking about how rude she is or their own experience. I have been a long time customer on kauai ******************** but Im afraid I can no longer continue my loyalty to this location as long as it feels hostile. There needs to be an action of training and monitoring asap other wise Im sure there **** be a lot of lost customer support *******, if you have ever been to *****, then you not such measures is not how we show Aloha to community as it is small.

      I recently took my pet to Petco at this location for the first time to get a deshedding treatment plus as I usually do monthly and I had taken him to other locations previously and the service was fantastic except for this one time at the *********, ** location. Usually, the treatment takes about 2 - 3 hours max but this time it only took 45 min which I thought was extremely odd and after that my pet was losing hair worst than Ive ever seen before, you can even track his steps from all the hair that was falling. I called management and I spoke to a woman who stated to bring him in and I asked for what purpose and said so we can take a look at him and give you a refund. Well I went in when I could and they stated they could either give me 25% or another treatment and I was appalled because that was $16 from $68 + tips that I paid. In addition to that I had already taken him to another location to fix the problem and I was super happy with the results as usual but this location refused to acknowledge their mistake and denied that the treatment takes 2-3 when every other location had stated that it did. Off course I didnt not agree to get refunded $16 nor get another treatment by them. I am beyond disgusted by their customer service. Thanks to the other location that carry out their jobs like they are suppose to. Dont trust anyone with your companions until you are sure that they will do what it takes to take care of your pet.
