      Secured credit card that did exactly what I needed it to…build credit! Used it, made my payments on time, and boosted my credit score to *** within 2 years. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with them and would recommend to anyone looking to build credit!

      They are a rip off and are in violation of peoples privacy rights my boyfriend put money on card twice for me and they put restriction on card wanting to know my boyfriend source of income I was told by representative that to provide and fax my boyfriend information on his bank account and who's name is on account and bank.this is in violation of my boyfriend rights do to the fact that they need his consent to receive any information on him advice don't take this charge card

      I have had this card since **** of 2020. My first issue was paying on their app but they have been updated and the payments are not kicking you out (which then makes you pay twice) or taking as long as they used to, to process. Now my issue is their customer service, it is still lacking because although they have the structure (departments, which makes you think they are organized) their availability and their steps to resolve an issue makes no sense at all for someone who has your money in their pocket. While on their app I saw an unknown charge simply marked as "purchas". FYI when you click any description in their app no more information shows up ever, and since there is no option on the app to freeze my card to stop further unauthorized purchases, I call in. I let the agent know about the charge that I did not recognize and asked if she could report the card as lost/stolen but she said no; that I would have to call back when the correct department was available. While we went back and forth with me not understanding why she could not freeze my card or report it as lost/stolen I was able to log in online and find that the "purchas" was their finance charge. We could have saved a ton of time if the app were more clear or if I went online which I don't care to or if she had only researched the unknown purchase first. And I think back to my days working at another credit card company and we always had to look at the charge with the customer first because that is the main issue and usually the customer or agent or both, figures it out. Then there is no need for further effort (that's called effortless, something all customers want). Aside from that I see the company improving and I hope that their customer service will also improve tremendously. In my opinion when it comes to money - You need to make more cents out of non-cents.

      It's almost comical how bad this card is. Almost.
      Paid the $95 "program fee," verified my card, then went to use it for the first time.
      DECLINED. So of course I called "Customer Service."
      I was told the vendor I was trying to pay (Microsoft) isn't "compatible" with the First Digital card. Apparently, the card is only usable with certain merchants. I asked for a list of either the businesses that DO accept it or DON'T, whichever is the shorter list.
      Nope, they can't do that. You're just supposed to use the card with fingers crossed that it's "compatible" with the merchant you're paying.
      Dumbest thing I've ever heard of.

      I have automatic bill pay through my bank set up to ensure I don’t accumulate late fees and my checks are sent out on time because first progress makes it difficult to pay your bill and then they post your payment after your bill is due to charge customers with late fee. This is intentional and done purposely and my bank agreed

      In the process of contacting and making a complaint with the better business bureau. They purposely have this card set up to be sent in checks or money orders to pay your bill, but they won’t post your payment on time which then causes you to retrieve a late fee. It’s a scam to rob customers for their money and supervisors don’t help and the back office I don’t believe exist. You can’t speak to anyone in that department and they send you out the same document disregarding your proof of when your payment was sent out. Don’t get this card. It’s a scam to rob customers and hit them with late fees even though you have automatic bill pay set up to your account

      This company completely robs you of your time and money . For months they wouldn't allow you to pay your charges over the phone . I mailed in 2 payments in which they say they haven't received. Now my account is late and it affects my credit . I don't understand what's going on but they need to be shut down immediately . Poor customer service. I'll rather be flat out homeless than to get another account with these people

      If I could put negative stars I would this is the worst credit card I have ever owned. They consistently charge me a
      Late fee although it is paid before due date . Do Not Use this Company they will rip you off

      They will not give back a down payment that I gave them. This is not acceptable!
