      I was evicted from the property for non payment for the month of Sept and October. Payment was made to the property on. 16th. The property continued with the eviction for non payment. Then they excepted the payment and refused to vacate the eviction order. Then they charged me a $2000 break lease fee and a 1720 for insufficient 30 day notice for breach of contract for non payment for the eviction but the balance was paid forward before the eviction occurred. I have tried contacting the regional office multiple time. The Noble park property manager has continued to make it very difficult. Every time I talk to her story changes and she adds a new fee to my account. It has been less than 30 days and they have written the account off for collection. I didnt damage the unit I returned keys and gate remotes.

      I know you're busy right now, but there are a few things I'm really worried about I saw a lot of cigarette butts right in the parking lot and on the grass. I'm afraid the cigarette butts on the grass and under the car will easily cause a fire The second thing is that I saw children riding bicycles, scooters and playing soccer on the sidewalk. They collided with cars parked in the parking lot. At the same time, I saw some residents holding parties until after 10pm. They took beer bottles outside and made noise.In addition, there are a few cars that do not have tags belonging to residents living here. They park their cars all week long. I feel strange about this problem I hope to receive your attention to change the above things that are not good for the community

      Deposit for my apartment at the ******** at Universal when ConAm still managed it was $500. Paid on April 30th, 2021. I moved out on May 29th, 2024. Received my deductions notice on June 20th, 2024 and email also stated that my deposit would be sent separately within 15 days of the notice. I spent July and the beginning of August doing follow *** after the required time and have not received any updates or my refund. Its August 8th, 2024 and have yet to receive my refund. It has been 7 weeks after the notice of deductions was received. No response from the customer service or the individual that emailed me the deductions list. I just would like my money back.

      My mother is a resident at ************************************** In *******, ********. She is 78 year old disabled woman just like all other residents and the front door knows are unsafe. We have witnessed residents unlocking other front doors with a credit card. This is a huge safety risk . A complete stranger can gain access to a vulnerable residents. Crime rate is high in ***************. Door knows need to be replaced.

      I have been a resident of this apartment for two years. April 27th, we planned a small gathering at a Park to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Due to rain, we moved to the apartment lounge room. ******** saw my daughter in the lounge through the security camera, confronted her, and later informed me of $300 charge for the room. The lounge has always been accessible and free for tenants, we were unfairly targeted and harassed. when trying to pay rent for **** I found the $300 fee on my online portal account, but modification of the payment amount was disabled. This caused delay in my rent payment. Due to ********'s hostile attitude towards my daughter and me, I hired an attorney to address the issue. $300 lounge fee was eventually removed, a $200 cleaning fee was added, claiming we left the lounge dirty, which is untrue as we cleaned the room before leaving. An invoice from ******** Cleaning was provided as proof, but upon contacting them, I was informed that no one from their company came to ******************* on April 28th. I requested camera video footage to prove we left the room clean and no cleaning service was hired on April 28th, but the management refused. When I attempted to renew my lease, they demanded I pay all arbitrary fees first and added a $500 monthly fee and a $75 late fee on top of my $2730 rent. They further removed my online portal account. I believe these actions are deliberate attempts to evict us from the apartment by imposing arbitrary fees and manipulate my online account to prevent me from paying rent. It is unacceptable and discriminatory. I request BBB's assistance to stop this discrimination, Specifically, I ask for:1. The removal of all arbitrary charges($200 cleaning fee, 2*$500 monthly fee, 3*$75 late fee)imposed on me.2. restoration of full functionality of my online account.3. Correction of discriminatory behaviors towards my family, Mandatory discrimination training, particularly ********.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I gave notice to the property exited out had an inspection was waiting for my deposit back which should have been given in 21 days it was never returned have called ********* and also the property manager have gone to the property manager and still get the runaround would like my refund of $500 of my deposit.

      This company has lied toe and failed to keep me safe and now me and my 22 month old son and newborn.baby are going to be on the streets.my neighbor downstairs did everything and everything to get me evicted on Feb 14,2024 I eported her son for burglarizing the downstair neighbors apartment .he was later arrested.since than she has been retaliating on me she has made dead threats and have I. Have Recording saying she's going to make sure I get kicked out I told landlord before hand she is going to tell you everything to get me kicked out I wrote a statement for him as well.he did nothing to resolve problems I have police reports from. The officer that arrested the neighbors son saying it is retaliation she was saying I had guns and drugs the police stayed unfounded she has threatened to call CPS and CPS did come to my house .she has been calling corporate and they have been listening to her landlord tells me to document everything so he can send it to corporate so we can give her the proper notice to vacate one of the workers from corporate told me she was going to get evicted I have got written up multiple times of her constantly complaining on me only this one neighbor I got written up for ***** stuff the landlord was taking her side she had made comments that she was going to get me beat up and the people that do it don't care if there's a baby on may 3rd 2024 I was robbed beat up in my apartment in front of my baby and my cashaid money was took f from me she was in her apartment with her daughter I was screaming they didn't t report it my boyfriend had came that night to check on me and she started an argument with him and she called corporate on him stating she was getting a restraining order the restraining order got denied but management said he wasnt allowed on property he always stuxk.       Con am has taken over this property for 1 year. It's gone completely down the drains. We have no maintenance people. We have no telephone service. No computer service trash is everywhewe have no managers. Is there anything we can do? As residents to solve this problem every time we go into the office to talk to him. They say yeah, we know not faulting the managers. Or the office workers, but I am definitely faulting on am.I have lived in for years and I have never, ever in my life.Been so dissatisfied and you'll have us type because of the price of rental properties so if somebody could get back to me or address this problem with the property, I shouldn't wanna appreciate it.Thank you

      I was a resident of ************************** #***, but due to health and safety issues for my family, we moved out and now the balance shows around $14,433.13. I need some one from **************** to contact me at ************ or ******************** so that I can explain them in details why we moved out in few days. Basically, my wife wrote everything on the 30 days notice. we want the property management company to terminate the lease as of 6/7/2024 and we should not be responsible for the length of the lease agreement because there were safety and medical issues.

      Per my lease agreement with this company at one of their apartment complex in ************ ( ***********************) my security deposit was deemed to be ******* . When I moved out they only gave me less than half ( ******) of what I thought I paid to be the security deposit. I went to the front office of the property and asked the manager for a itemized list of what I paid to them and they messed up their accounting books and put 600. But per my lease with them my security deposit was 1430. I asked the manager what was going on with it and she said that it's not her problem because it was the manager before her that did it. I also mention the name on the check was wrong because I had a name changed and that I already gave them the paperwork when it changed. She asked me to call my bank and have them change it just so they can clear the check. They also have been charging me a non compliance renters insurance fee when I have proof of hold renters insurance the entire time I was living there ***** per month for 24 months. This company is not willing to work with me at all!
