      Unit issues:
      Bathroom Leak:a persistent leak in my bathroom for over three months. This issue remains unaddressed despite my repeated attempts to report it.
      Broken Sliding Glass Patio Door:the sliding glass door to my patio has been broken since my move-in over three months ago. As a disabled individual, this renders our patio inaccessible, eliminating a key feature of my apartment and limiting my ability to enjoy my living space.
      Unusable Blinds:Blinds in my apt are so tight that they are effectively broken and cannot be adjusted.
      Broken Drawers:Several drawers in our unit are broken
      Uninstalled Wheelchair Accessible Peep Hole:Requests dating back over three months since move-in, the requested wheelchair accessible peep hole has still not been installed
      Critical Building Accessibility Issues:
      Beyond the issues within my unit, the overall accessibility of the building is severely compromised, directly impacting my ability to enter and exit safely:
      Limited Handicap Accessible Entrances:Our building has a total of four entrance doors, but only two are designated as handicap accessible. This already limits our options for ingress and egress.
      Consistently Broken Accessible Door:Of the two supposedly accessible doors, one is always broken, further reducing viable entry points.
      Main Entrance Inaccessibility:The main building entrance is functionally inaccessible to me The fob reader is located in an unreachable position for a wheelchair user, esp those with front power assist or mobility scooters, and the door itself does not open completely, making it extremely difficult and hazardous to navigate through in a wheelchair This poses a significant safety risk and creates undue burden every time she enter or leave my home
      The consistent failure to address these critical maintenance and accessibility barriers for over three months is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear neglect of your responsibilities as a landlord
      Property Management is rude and abbalistic

      I live in the ***************** in **************, and I truly appreciate the staff. They are very friendly and do an excellent job. However, I would like to point out that some families allow their children to ride bicycles and play soccer outside of the designated playground area. This is quite dangerous, especially in the parking lot, as a car could accidentally hit them. Additionally, there are times when trash is left lying around, making the area messy and dirty. I hope the staff can find a way to address these issues and help keep the environment safe and clean.

      I lived in ******************************* Unit 404 for 9 months with my children and experienced repeated safety concerns that were never addressed, despite multiple written reports. There were unexplained disturbances that deeply affected my childrens health and emotional wellbeing. The apartment carried a heavy spiritual atmosphere especially in one particular back room. My family endured emotional distress while management consistently failed to respond. Even after sharing clear evidence and pleading for help, we were met with silence. We left the apartment shaken and spiritually exhausted. I urge anyone considering this property to ask questions, trust your instincts, and document everything including buying cameras for every room. Trust me on this: orbs, strange fog, or even things that appear to be your children but arent will show. This is about more than just maintenance its about your peace and protection.May God cover this place and remove the darkness from the inside out.For those who remain in, continuously pray for your protection. For those who passed on here, I pray for your release.

      The people running this company enjoy watching their properties ruin witth underperforming and incompetent staff. The ******** area specifically. The building manager hired had zero building managment experience. after six months she continues to run the building in the ground with poor communication and zero business acumen. The past six months have had many serious building issues such as the fireplace melting the TV, break ins, attempted break-ins and management does nothing. The superiors managing the region have also been useless. After six months, building management should have some sort of knowledge of their job, but no. As a resident of six years the building deterioration due to incompetent management of the last six is atrociou. They really should Bold the *** in Conam

      I moved out of a Conam Managed property in ******************, **** Triplexes. (*****) I lived there for 10 years. I left because I purchased a home. My settlement date for my deposit was 02/06/2025. I was informed the check was sent 02/05/2025. I never received the check. I reached out to Conam, (**** **** was who responded.) They verified that the address was correct, and I was told a second check was issued, which I also never received. I would also like to point out that I requested tracking, which they refused to provide. What business sends out large sums of money with no tracking? When I reached out again, I was basically told, not our problem, we sent the check, even though we can't prove that, per out corporate policy you have to wait 30 days to request a check sent to your old property that you can go pick up. I didn't respond well to this. They then informed me that they were sending a check ***** with a tracking number. They reversed course on this pretty fast considering their "corporate policy. If I had to guess I'd say they realized they never sent the check out, and that they were outside the 21 requirement (California State Law) so they are sending it *****. This company is terrible, they charge exorbitant prices on their run down properties, they raise the rent every year like clockwork while providing less and less for your money, and then when its time for them to pay they drag their feet. I'm convinced they realized the messed up, and that's the only reason they reacted so fast.

      My family and I have lived at Stonebridge Apartments in Modesto, California, for six months, and in that short time, we have endured extreme distress due to continuous disturbances from our upstairs neighbors. The situation has escalated to the point where I have had to seek therapy, and our mental health has suffered significantly. Despite multiple complaints, little to no effective action has been taken.
      Since November, our upstairs neighbors have engaged in violent, disruptive behavior at all hours. The woman frequently screams, hurls derogatory insults, and strikes the walls out of frustration. We have provided 41 video recordings documenting violent altercations, threats of self-harm, and relentless screaming at both her boyfriend and child—leaving the child hyperventilating. This is a daily occurrence.
      I have sent 27 emails, visited Aeri’s office three times, and yet, no meaningful action has been taken. The tenants have received multiple notices, but they blatantly disregard them. In fact, with each notice, they become louder and more retaliatory. Aeri has admitted that this is a hostile living environment, yet the issue persists.
      This is more than a nuisance; it is a severe violation of our renters’ rights. My Apple Watch has recorded heart rate spikes during these incidents, and I have documented proof of the physical and emotional toll this has taken on my family. Additionally, there are multiple lease violations, including improper pet management and other infractions that remain unaddressed.
      We have video evidence of our daughter getting woken up to screaming, people getting pushed to the floor. Aeri has also urged us to call CPS further proving a hostile living place.
      We have exhausted every avenue to seek resolution, but our patience has run out. We demand immediate enforcement of lease agreements and a clear resolution. If this matter is not addressed, we will be forced to explore legal action to protect our well-being and rights as tenants.

      Conam management hires useless employees. Im still dealing with the fallout 4 years later being sued by a debit company even though I moved out a year previous to the case. I signed the proper paper work and turned it in to The Park at ******** reno nv twice to ***** ***** in the leasing office in 2019, and 2020 and for whatever reason they couldn't get my ex to sign stating I no longer lived there and allowed him to resign the lease with my name, without my knowledge nor did they attempt to contact me until he flaked on almost 11k in back rent. And as soon as I stated I no longer lived there and been gone for an entire year they stopped responding and sent it to collections. Their business practices are trash. They sold the apartments to another management company who has been great trying to help me. But nothing can be done because the new property management don't have the lease from the previous management company unless it was current tenants. This is a horrible practice. At this point, I'm ready to sue everyone involved. As a mom of 4 this is taking a major hit in my finances and I refuse to pay a debit I do not owe.

      ***** is a terrible property management company in **, **! They prey on poor people! They have promised me a full refund several times for an apartment deposit and rent. I attempted to rent from them with a housing voucher from the ******************. They gave my apartment away when I refused to break the rules of the program. They promised me a full refund of $771 back in January. Still waiting!!!I have been to the apartment building itself where I spoke to Able at AQUILA Apts in ********* who pretty much lied to me along with the corporate offices on Aero Drive several times!!! They are incompetent and dishonest. They will lie right to your face. It amazes me that they are still in business. I have seen several local news stories about Con Am and how they conduct themselves. Truthfully, the housing commission should take a deep look into their business practices. I am a disabled senior citizen. These people should not be working this vulnerable population!!! I will keep calling them out until I get the money owed to me. Shame on Con Am Property Management Company!!!
