I am a former resident of **** on Maple, formerly, Amli on Maple. After I decided to relocate, they refused to do a walk around with me. They sent me a bill in the email asking for additonal money. I called several times to get an explaination of the additonal cost, but failed to get a response. After 30 days of not hearing from them, I then received notficiation via email from a collection agency asking for the additonal cost. All I wanted/ needed was an explanation and I have yet to get that. The experience was very unprofessional and I would suggest for people to strongly consider residing at another location. The staff that was under **** ownership was beyond professional and went above and beyond for the residents.CONAM Management Corporation

Conam is a scam. They move tenants in just for the money. They do not keep the property clean. Being that they do not enforce rules they are over run by stray animals and unaccompanied minors so the property is in fact disgusting. The grounds keeper spends more time talking to residents than she does cleaning. The office staff is horrible, maintenance is non existent even in an emergency and they force you to make your own repairs with no reimbursement or credit to your rent. Call corporate they say, well corporate is the root of the problem. They dont care as long as they get their money and their own staff has admit to that. Calling them is pointless you wont get a phone call nor an email response. I wouldnt recommend ANY conam run apartments to my worst enemy.CONAM Management Corporation

I have been a resident at The Link apartments for 4 years. Under ConAm management I have to say this is the worst place I have EVER lived! They have the Con part right! Living here has been one nightmare after another. "Welcome to the ***************"! Everything from drugs to physical altercations, theft and other related crimes. Management does NOTHING! Lot's of lip service with no help or solutions for ANYTHING! They Just Do Not Care! 30+ people have died in this building in the 4 years it's been open. That's not only criminal, it's curious! I feel it would take a Miracle or the RIGHT investigation team to come and find out what the **** is Going On!! As it stands? Not only do we not have ANY HOPE at All! Dont recommend. Been without HOT water since I moved into there apartment for 30 plus DAYS NOW. **************** give you the run around, nobody knows what they are doing. Emailed Conam Management via website, no one has YET to reach out to me about my issue. ************ ,when they do they cant give me a time frame about when we will have hot running water. Im pretty sure the hot water heater needs to be replaced. It sparked a few times, which is hazardous. I have kids under the age of 10. Running hot water is essential. Unfortunately, front office cant answer your questions properly. Maintenance just does a walk through and think its good to go.CONAM Management Corporation

Review: Hunters Pointe Apartments - Manager *********************** I have lived at ************************* for 11 years and never had any issuesuntil *********************** became the manager. Unfortunately, my experience under her management has been incredibly disappointing.*********************** has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior. She is condescending and often communicates in a discriminatory manner, which is both shocking and unacceptable. The atmosphere at ************** has changed dramatically since she took over, making it an unpleasant place to live.It is disheartening to see a place I once called home deteriorate due to poor management. ConAm is a joke. Compliance has been rejecting our file several times even though we turn in the paperwork requested the same day within an hour of their request. They come up with more documents that we are missing each time. We have been in the same process for over a month! We feel discriminated by their compliance department. Its like the person in charge is looking for a reason to deny us. We have a excellent credit history, no evictions, and are definitely within the income to qualify to rent the apartment. We gave our 30 day notice at our current place and we feel the pressure to have an answer after turning in everything they need fast enough to be able to get an answer. The moving date is less than 2 weeks away and we are still waiting to get an answer. Is beyond ridiculous!CONAM Management Corporation

I think the one star fits the most for my circumstance. I lived at one of Conams properties for 3 years. (Property was The ******** at ************** now under new management) As my first apartment after getting out of the military, I enjoyed the area, the staff in the leasing office and the concern for the tenants at the property during my time there. It completely changed my perspective on apartments compared to the barracks I was used to.However since moving out, I have had nothing but issues. I vacated the end of May, cleaned the last week I was there, even the last 2 days of the lease when they turned the A/C off in the apartment, to ensure it was spotless to avoid a cleaning crew having to come in, which I was charged for anyway. I left May 29th, and on June 20th, 2024 I received an email from a ***************************** of Conam, stating my deductions and my refund. My total refund was $500 and I only was supposed to receive $395 due to the deductions made. I had no objections. The email also states that the deposit would be sent separately to my address in ******* within 15 days. I have constantly emailed both this ***************************** of Conam and the customer service of ********************** attempting to get a hold of my deposit which never came in dates of emails and calls going back for weeks now. And due to the secrecy of Conam there is no number to reach out, to ask about any concerns of previous tenants. Its August 8th, 2024, and I still have yet to receive my deposit. I have email traffic and am reaching out once more today as a last attempt to do this without legal action. Thank you Conam for ruining my very first apartment experience.CONAM Management Corporation

Management. Landlords don't really seem to care about their mistakes and in the end, tenants have to pay for them. The landlord team keeps losing and misplacing important documents. We just got charged a late fee on rent because of their lack of communication and management skills. Its ridiculous and unprofessional. Paseo ****** are you reading this? Well, I have to give at least 1 star to write a review. I guess 1 star is better than no stars in their case. This management company is completely indifferent to the tenets safety and concerns about the building I reside in. Contacting the corporate office is basically impossible not that they would do anything. Whatever you do, DON'T live in a Conam run apartment building if you can help it. The violence where I'm living is progressively getting worse each day, and they are completely indifferent to it. CONAM Management it is a fraud! They hire unprofessional people to manage their leasing process. Their personal without hesitation extorts money from people who just need an affordable living. They proclaim that they are a company that gives equal rights and opportunities but are managing their complexes in an arguable way. They dont even bother to explain their wrong doings to anyone. It is impossible to contact anyone from the main office. Apparently their office is unaccessible without an appointment, but you cant get an appointment because no one returns your call. People should know that if you are sending a complains to their only email they wont have even the courtesy to read it. They are rude, pretentious, and think that all the people are probably stupid because no one is doing anything to stop them. I would like to also mention that their waiting list its a complete FRAUD, they do give apartments to anyone who can afford to pay them, while people who REALLY needs affordable accommodations are completely ignored in the list. We advise to avoid the complexes under their management, and to anyone who is in waiting list with them to go and check their situation, because currently they are doing many discriminatory activities in one of their complexes and they are trying to hide it.
