      My December **** says that I owe 27 dlls and I called to let them know that I paid in full my last bill and that they need to remove that amount from my bill but they just said this is a mistake is part of your usage and you have to pay, she said we need to remove the line that says past due and added to your usage. I think they lied to me.

      Your website's software has issues, making navigation unreliable and unusable. Your customer service line takes foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Spent over an hour this morning trying to make a payment and then you tried to turn me over to an independant contractor to process the payment and charge me a fee. to do so. SDGE is a monopoly, which is illegal but I have nowhere else to go, which is the defintion of a monopoly. Thinking about going off the grid, which I do have the resources to do. Why can't you just do right by your customers, (it's called integrity) instead you choose to lie so you can line your pockets.SDGE (San Diego ****************** No wonder you had to come up with a new logo, peeps are finally starting to wake up. "Pride comes before a fall" from the Bible.

      Im happy to say that Im delighted by a recent, extremely positive interaction I had with SDG&E. Ive been using the SDG&E mobile app since moving here in June. Typically its a very reliable and completely accurate resource. But this November we went live with solar power and our SDGE bills projected gas usage went from 12 therms per month, on average, to 65 therms for the month following our solar go-live. And this was only a snapshot of the first two weeks of December so I should expect to pay much more. This ****% increase seemed surreal. I called SDG&E expecting to get the run around and to find out how this could be possible. I was so relieved to have spoken with a very nice young lady who reviewed my charges and explained that the app was incorrect and that my expected actual bill would not reflect the upcoming projected usage showing on the app to date. And that they, (SDG&E) were in the process of fixing an anomaly that had cropped up on their app. Thank you SDG&E for being candid with that information. And, for being transparent about an error in the system. A word of advice. There are natural gas shortages everywhere due to a myriad of tragic global events. If something like this happens, stay calm, be positive and polite. SDG&E is not the enemy. They have provided us with excellent customer service and weve experienced no outages despite the current climate. Just a thought.

      THEY ARE THE WORST, MOST INCOMPETENT GROUP OF PEOPLE I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I needed to turn on service at my condo - 4 phone calls and HOURS on the phone later, they cannot leave notes on your account or follow through. I first talked to a kid who said he wasn't sure if someone had turned off the meter from outside the condo and they would need to send someone out - but either way the account was switched to my name (taken out of my tenant's name) and they would have electricity on. Then I go to find out that there is no electricity, my freezer has melted and there is water everywhere, so I go and see that they went ahead and turned off the electricity from the meter outside - I turn it back on and call them to say please don't send anyone else, and confirm electricity is on and in my name.....the next kid I speak to says oh ok.. no one is going to come out, the service is connected and in your name...then I get another call from their dispatch about how she needs to go out and see if my electricity is on - I tell her no need, I've already talked to SDGE, it is on, I PERSONALLY TURNED IT ON FROM THE OUTSIDE - DO NOT GO THERE AND TURN ANYTHING OFF - so I call back AGAIN and this time I'm asking to speak to a supervisor - well there are none - I get to wait 24 hours, but the new kid I'm speaking to on the phone is going to leave notes on my account...and oh yea they'll send someone out there so I start yelling NO I DON'T WANT ANYONE OUT THERE AND NO I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TURNED OFF...as I sit here typing this I've spent HOURS on the phone with their obnoxious wait music and they literally can't resolve something as simple as turning on service in the homeowner's name. They are the worst company and I am so upset I am stuck dealing with them and their inept staff.

      Complete scam. Literally can't afford to pay their insane prices every month. No other alternative either. I call for help and their advice is pay or get solar. IN ORDER to get solar that will cover sdge would cost 40k dollars.

      Cant even get through to them by phone, they keep sending you to another recorded message. Worst customer service ever. Thats without mentioning what a rip off they are. No human available to answer what should be simple questions, yet we still have to pay exorbitant for this awful service, so bad! S hey should have minus stars.

      Terrible customer service. Replaced a pole in front of my house, tore up the concrete and left it. I called customer service and the sector manager 2 times. No one has called me back.
