    I did order 2 books from PDIC and received them. Then I was charged an additional ****** and received nothing for it, I did not order anything for this amount. I would like my money back and for them to delete all of my information from their business.

    It is the same as all the other complaints. I bought three books and never received any email about this being a reoccurring charge. My PayPal account was charged $103 today and I really need my money back. I do not want these services and feel that they are dishonest. I have sent them an email and phoned but received no answer. I did go to their website and found where I can cancel and further shipments and I do not want anything else from them at all.

    SCAM! Beware that they steal money! We tried to cancel many times and they continued to take our money. Horrible company. Please shut them down.

    Like the many other complaints. I too ordered books and was charged for online subscription I did not order or authorize. I would like the charge reversed.

    I ordered and paid for books in Oct. , not realizing they have a pattern then charging the acct. again the next month. I was charged $104.00 in Nov. 2022 for something I did not order. They do not answer their company phone. Others have posted same complaint. Beware! Once you order, they will try to charge you again.

    I ordered 2 sets of these *********** books for my grandchildren. I paid for and received my order. A month later, I received a $97 charge to my PayPal account for an annual subscription I never agreed to. There was no information provided about this subscription. I find them to be very deceptive.

    I ordered 3 books on September 23, 2022 and paid for them. A month later the company billed me $97 for an annual subscription. I did not order this and do not remember signing anything that would have lead me to think that I was ordering an annual subscription. I got the charge on my account this month with my credit card. I called them about the billing and noted that I am disputing the charge. They asked that I contact the company and ask them to remove the charge. If the company fails to remove the charge on my card, then I need to contact my charge card company and continue the dispute. I tried contacting the company and received a code to contact them and found the charge and tried to contact them. Everything is being done by email now since they do not have a phone number that I could access them and they indicated a 30-minute chat access but that didn't work either.

    I ordered 3 books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream for my granddaughter. She received the 3 books. A month later, I received a bill for $97 for a subscription I did not order. I have tried to contact them but their phone number is unavailable. Their website is not helpful either. I would like a refund of $97 because I never used their subscription service and I never will!

    I ordered books on 27Oct22. The books were received. Now on November 27 a charge for $97.00 + **** taxes appears on my credit card. I have not ordered anything more and do not plan on it. I would like a full refund immediately.

    I purchased Christmas books for my granddaughter in Oct 2022 and my credit card was charged and then on Nov 27,2022 my credit card was charged for approx $103 for a digital subscription that I did not order and have no use for. I have tried to reach out to the company but cannot leave a message and they r not replying to the help tickets I have created. It looks as if this company has dont this same thing in the past regarding billing for an unwanted subscription. I have contacted PayPal and my credit card company. I would like a refund for the subscription as I have obviously cancelled it. Thank you
