We are having an offer going on where we are giving a 30-day free trial of our digital library access to all our customers. You can decide if you want to try it before checkout. But you can always cancel your subscription through our help center yourself anytime. This is an excellent product and here you get access to all our content digitally. We have a lot of good feedback from many of our customers that the kids are enjoying this a lot. Here the kids can download & read the books offline, print them and color them over and over again.
Once you purchase this product an order confirmation email is sent and a separate email is sent with login instructions.
We always try to support our customers with any issues they face. So we have now canceled your subscription and you will not face recurring charges for it. Also, a refund for this product has been issued.

I purchased some children's books from PDIC Books in September, 2022. This purchase was authorized and approved by me. I used my Discover debit card to perform the transaction. Approximately 1 month later on October 6, 2022, an unauthorized charge showed up on the same Debit card from PDIC books in the amount of $97.00. I tried to resolve this by contacting them through their website but did not get a response. I believe that PDIC took it upon themselves to sign me up for some kind of recurring book buying subscription. IN NO WAY DID I AUTHORIZE THIS. I have asked my bank (Discover) to investigate and reimburse this charge but that process will take awhile. Doing further research on PDIC on the internet, I have discovered that this is not the first time that they tried to take advantage of consumers by signing them up for subscriptions that they did not authorize.Business Response

In keeping with all the other complaints, I purchased books from this company at the beginning of September. On Oct 5th they charged my MasterCard $97USD which I did not authorize! I wasnt aware they automatically enroll you in a digital subscription that you have to somehow realize to cancel before they charge you. I sent them a message on October 7th, October 10th and on ******** today (October 11th) and have had no responses even though they have been active on ********. I have cancelled this subscription and want a refund to my MasterCard!Business Response

I ordered three books through the company, nothing else, and I paid for those books. They signed me up to a Subscription without my knowledge, no where in the confirmation order was a trial mentioned!!! so a month after I bought the books they scammed my bank account for $97!!!! I ordered and paid with my **** the three childrens books from PUPPY DOGS AND ICECREAM on September 3/22 $75.48. I received the books and then I was charged $137.63 on October 3/22. I did not order anything else from them and did not receive anything else from them. I have been sending emails to them and I just get an automated reply. I think this company is a scam. I ordered four books from this company (*******). Looking at the history, Im not the only one they automatically placed into a digital subscription and just charged me $160 CAD for it. They continue to apologize. Ive emailed them today to get my money back, waiting on a response. Their business should not automatically opt people into something without their knowledge. People continue to complain and they still do it and just refund later when people notice the fraudulent charge. Can they not be asked to stop making this charge to people without their knowledge? On October 10, 2022 I was charged $97.00 for a subscription I did not purchase. I have attempted to contact customer service for PDIC several times, with no response, There is no phone number.I made an initial purchase of a 3 book series in September or August. Just like the other people making complaints I had money taken from my account also. It was unauthorized. The amount was $97 plus tax. There was no mention of any type of subscription at the time that I purchased books from them and I never would have agreed to a subscription for $97 a month! I have tried to cancel a monthly subscription at least three times now. I'm not computer savvy but can't get a phone number to talk to a person. I thought I had gotten it canceled finally last month but apparently I didn't as I was charged again I was not able to get logged in on my phone which is my only internet access when I first ordered subscription. I have never accessed the electronic library. I had an alert from my bank on this charge and replied it was not a legit charge. It was processed today anyways. I would like a refund at the very least for the last month they charged me, preferably the last 3 months I have been trying to get this cancelled.Business Response
