    I bought six books in July 2022 from puppy dogs and ice cream which came fine . then I noticed another payment was charged on my **** for $127.33 on August 14, 2022 for something I did not order and do not want. Somehow during my original order they seem to have me signed up for ongoing charges. I can see that this is happening to other people I want my money back and the subscription needs to be stopped.

    On 7/8/22 I ordered 3books and charged to my **** $37.70. My books were delivered, fine, but on 8/10/22 my bank account was charged $97.00 for a digital library that I did NOT authorize. This is FRAUD! I called my bank and reported it. I went to BBB to report and found all this other reports of the same thing-Meta/ Facebook is a ****************** and this business needs to go out of busses!!! I want my money back!

    I purchased three individual books from this company. That was it. I did not sign up for a trial or a subscription. I received some emails stating that the package is being shipped, but I didn't order anything I didn't even look into the emails because of that. When you order a product you usually get a bunch of emails with options to order other things, which is why I didn't look. I got charged $97 on my account for books that I've never even received I I'm guessing. I would like that money back and for it not to happen again. As I read complaints on here, apparently I'm not the only one that is having this problem. I need it to be resolved but I'm having a hard time finding out how to resolve it.

    Ordered three (books) for from them for $38.06 on July 7, 2022 and received the books just fine.On August 11, 2022, there was a $104.03 charge against the credit card. I did not order anything else from this company, nor did I to the best of my knowledge sign up for any recurring services / charges.I would like the $104.03 refunded/ returned to the credit card and no further charges to my account by this company.

    I purchased 3 books on line on July 7, 2022 for $37.92 and when I ordered, I clicked on the box stating I did NOT want further automatic shipments. Books came and no issue. Checked my credit card statement on 8/7/22 and found a purchase for a set of books totaling $103.55. 8/7/22 I called the site immediately, could not get a person to speak to and was transferred to a web site. Typed in request to stop any and all further shipments and refund my money. Site said I would get an email response in 24 hours or less. It is now over 72 hours and credit card has payed out the money. No books, no money, and no response! I want to make sure the automatic shipments/membership are cancelled, do not send the books, and refund my money immediately to my credit card. After the fact, while filing this complaint, this seems to happen quite frequently as evidenced by the number of complaints filed.

    Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream just sent me a receipt for $97 USD. I did not authorize this payment.Earlier I did buy three books from them.I did not sign up for anything else.Clearly they kept my PayPal account info and are now using it for further charges.What a rip off!!

    I purchased a set of 3 books from PDIC on July 10, 2022. I was charged the appropriate amount and received the books promptly. All good on that front. However, on the morning of August 10, 2022, I saw a charge in my bank account from PDIC BOOKS for $103.79. After reading other reviews on this site, I see that I (like many others) was signed up for a 30-Day Trial (and subsequent subscription) for a subscription service that they offer that I never wanted or asked for. I even remember selecting the option to NOT subscribe to their service when I made my initial purchase, yet I was subscribed and charged anyway. Not only that, I wasn't even alerted by the company that the trial was ending and that a charge would be made. It just came from out of nowhere. I checked through the emails I received when making my initial purchase, and nowhere was a 30-Day Trial mentioned. This is a terrible way to run a business, and I hope they change their ways before enough people flood the internet with stories like mine. I am in the process of requesting a refund. Hopefully I won't have any trouble. Time will tell. Personally, I won't be making any more purchases from them.

    Today I was charged ****** to my bank. I did not order any books or anything else. When I went to see what it was for and it showed me a digital library that I never sign up for! They have no right to steal peoples money by hiding a nonexistent subscription that was never seen or told about. This company is underhanded and deceitful. So much for sharing your feelings and what ever happened to being good business people. I want my money back! I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of PDIC books!

Somehow during my original order they had signed me up for a recurring monthly prescription. Reading the reviews now I see they have done this to many people. SO fraudulent!!!! I tried to cancel it but it is not working. I want my money back and they need to be stopped!
