    I ordered bools for my grandchildren and the total was $51.54 - which was charged on 3/4/2023 yet I have an additional charge for $97 on my card - this is not authorized, and I believe is deceptive marketing.Conveniently there is no way to actually talk with a representative, so I am forced to make this complaint.I'll need a resolution immediately.My order # is 7B39399571 dated 3/11/2023.The $97.00 charge posted to my bank account on 3/11/223 which I want completely refunded. And you should refund the $51.54 just to correct your deceptive practices. I am a business owner myself and know the repercussions of bad word of mouth - your complaints say it all!!Not Happy.I am irritated that I've had to put so much time into resolving your deceptive marketing ploy. I've read other complaints that are exactly the same.Bad business!!!!

    On 2/6/23 I ordered one set of 3 childrens books for $38.33. The company also sent me another set of 3 books and charged me an additional $32.38. I was not happy but figured my grandchildren could benefit so I let it go. Now today they hit my account for another $104.16 for some library subscription charge that I never ordered. So I went into their site and selected Cancel My Subscription - only to receive the notation that they don't have a subscription tied to my email. But the money is taken out of my account. I need them to credit me back and go away forever - I'll write my own books before they get another dime.

    Purchased 3 books for $37.70 January 28th then i noticed that on February 27th i have another charge for $97. i did not order any more books and would like a refund of my money.

    I purchased 3 books for my grandaughter , I got them very late but finally got them. They charged me the correct amount for the 3 books. Now, after almost 2 weeks of receiving the books, I see that they have charged me 97 dollars in my credit card. I did NOT sign for any suscription or authorized them to charge my credit card. They need to refund me 97 dollars immediately. There was no phone number to contact them, so I am contacting my credit card.

    Im 74 years old. On February 17, 2023, I placed an order for Bible story books for my grandchildren. I was charged a monthly subscription charge of $113.27 for six books. I was not aware that this was a subscription but that it was a one time purchase. I have requested that my subscription be canceled but unsuccessfully been able to request a full refund. Im returning them and expect a refund.

Because it was cancelled within the 30-day trial period, you were never charged for it. The charges that you are mentioning are for 2 book bundles that you placed an order for. Each was ***** and that combined with tax and shipping came to the amount that you were charged. I you aren't interested in keeping either one or both of the bundles, you are welcome to return them to us and we will process a refund once they are received back.     This so called book company is a fraud. I purchased three books only. I was then charged for digital library at $97 a pop that I have not seen. The charge were made on my debit card without my consent. My bank is disputing the charge. Do not purchase from this fraudulent site.

    I also ordered the 3 books .No where did i see i was signing up for a subscription. When it popped up to order the other 3 i hit no. I had a pending charge of ****** and tried to contact to cancel. Only through email could i cancel. But the charge went through and its been 10 days with no refund. Very deceiving. Over priced and i want my money back.

    On January 9, 2023 I made And online purchase of 3 books from puppy dogs and ice cream. The books did not arrive for 24 days after placing the order. On February 8th 2023 I was charged in additional $104.22 for a digital subscription which I never agreed to nor ordered As I do not do ********** attempted to contact the phone number listed. however, the answering machine told me i could only go to the website and file a customer complaint. Of course, one never gets a response to that. I asked, online, to be unsubscribed from *******************. Waiting for a refund. I did not receive an email regarding the $104.22 charge, as suggested in a response from PuppyDogs to a complaint similar to mine, with the BBB. They purport to be a ****************** however their business practices are not honest. Because of this unwanted secondary charge, I was going to send the books back as it is within 30 days of receiving them. Then, I am told it is 30 days from date of original order, not receipt! And thus I cannot return my books for a refund. Under the circumstances, I do not wish to do business with this company.

    I purchased a set of books from the company and received them no problem. However, a month later, I have a $97 charge on my card that I did not approve. Ive reached out to the company and havent heard anything back. If this was something in the fine print when I ordered books, then they need to knock it off. I didnt want a subscription - just to buy a couple books!
