    This company is a bunch of crooks! They have repeatedly billed my credit card for a service I never ordered. Even after I called and complained and got refunds. They keep billing me and I have no belief they will not stop.

    ****, I apologize for any confusion regarding this order. Certain items include a 30-day free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the monthly subscription charges. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have refunded all charges associated with the subscription, going back 5 months, and confirmed that it is cancelled as well. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days.     The overall experience was very good. I do think lead time is important to the customer. I think sending out an appropriate time when the purchase can be expected would be good.

    The books were very good & helpful for my grandson. He has many issues with anger management. My husband took the book about how everyone gets angry to my grandsons school & read it to his class. The teacher & the class all enjoyed it.

    Can't wait to hear what our grandchildren have to say after they receive these Christmas books. But it will be Thanksgiving before they receive them.They only hiccup we had was promptly taken care of by PDIC's customer service. Very pleased with the product and the company.
