    I have 6 great grandsons 5 years old and younger. I feel confident shopping here for quality books for them. Thank you. I do think the automatic free trial in checkout should not be there. It is confusing and immediately makes you defensive. I dont want to go through extra steps to remove something that I dont want when I make a purchase. It is too easy to overlook. If that had not automatically been there you would have been given 5 stars.

    Great books! Very colorful and easy to read. My grandchildren sit still and listen to the entire book without complaining. They often "read" the stories just by looking at the pictures. Am hoping they will get the messages about not yelling and how to control their temper as well as others.

    Do not buy anything from this company. They are charging peoples Credit cards ***** for subscriptions they never signed up for. It is happening to numerous people.

After the order was placed, you should have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you are not interested. If the the 30-day period lapses without a cancellation, you would be billed the yearly subscription charge. I certainly don't want you to pay for something that you didn't want and won't use. I have confirmed that there will not be any charges associated with the subscription as I can see that you have have cancelled it.     The company delivered beautiful books very quickly. I almost didn't order from them due to the reviews on here but I am glad I did because I am thrilled with my order. They do have a subscription that they automatically put in your cart but it clearly states it is in your cart and it is even labeled as an item. Ex. If you are buying 1 book your cart will say 2 items. I am not sure how people miss it. If you dont want their free trial you just click the easy to see button to remove it from the cart just like you would any unwanted item. It is so easy and I don't think the company is trying to trick anyone. It is a great product but if you dont read ebooks(which we don't) just remove it and you won't have the subscription added. I think it is a great company just trying to help people know what they have to offer.

    I think this business is a fraud. They have taken unauthorized monies from my checking account after I made a one time purchase and had made it PERFECTLY CLEAR that it was ONLY a one time purchase. You can not talk to a person when trying to contact them AND they tell you they refunded your $$$ to your acct....even giving you a bogus confirmation number. BUYERS BEWARE, and SLAM them on ALL social media!!

I see that you reached out on 10/5 and communicated with our Customer Support team. At that time, they refunded all charges associated with the subscription and confirmed that the subscription was cancelled as well. The refund was issued to the PayPal account that was used to place the order. This shows as completed from out end. I also see that you reached out to us again yesterday and the agent provided you with a copy of the PayPal receipt showing the refund. Unfortunately, there is nothing else we can do from our end. You will need to address this with PayPal at this point, and the receipt provided should help with that process. PDIC Customer Support Team
