    Beware, this company automatically adds you to an automatic subscription of $97.00 (I'm not sure if it is a month or for the year), once you order the books. It is impossible to contact customer support. I have left several messages and have gotten no responses. I tried to cancel the so-called subscription on their website, but it wouldn't let me, because it said my email address has no subscription. I would like to get my money back and have the subscription cancelled and would like to get a phone number to do that.

    Charged me for the free trial50$. I emailed and cancelled then charged me over 113$ CAD after cancelling both on paypal and their site. Also erased my login so I did not even have access. Books are fine. But internet scam. Avoid

    Great company, love the book selection. I had to limit myself to ordering 12 to start, the kids and I flew through them and have read them multiple times. We especially enjoyed the book about sibling rivalry. Already making my next order.

    Great Books. I bought the Sad, Mad, Anxious books for my 7yr old grandson. He loves everyone of them. Especially the Mad one because it is teaching him how to handle his anger. Love, Love, Love them!!!!!

    This is a great company with great books that are enjoyable, educational and support conservative values! I highly recommend building a large collection for your kids or grandkids with these books.

    Scam. Ordered and paid for three books, and then one month later they put an additional $97.00 charge on my credit card. I might not have noticed, except my credit card company flagged it as possible fraud. The phone number for Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream says they won't talk to you, go to their website. After setting up an on-line chat, I found that the books I ordered came with a free one-month subscription to their digital library, and after one month they charged me a year's subscription (which I found they were going to charge every year). I told them I had never been notified of this, and they refunded the money. If you buy anything from this company, be prepared for this extra $97.00 charge.
