    I have ordered from this company twice now. The books explain the meaning of the story very well ( for both children and adults) I have enjoyed giving and reading these books to my Granddaughter. Great company!

    Books are very good to help children recognize and deal with various emotions and situations. However, I also fell victim to the annual digital subscription and was charged $103.79 without agreeing to the purchase. When I tried to reach someone about it, there is no way to speak to them by phone. They tell you to open a support ticket, and I selected the online chat option for 30 minutes, but they didnt reply on line. The following day I got an email promising a refund and saying Im sorry you werent aware you purchased a subscription. Too bad they are hurting their business with this scam, because as I said the products are worthwhile.

In order to address our customer's issues in a timely and precise manner, we have moved to a help center where customers can raise a ticket based on the query with our support team. There is also a chat icon/process wherein the customer queries are addressed faster. Unfortunately, we do not have phone support at the moment.The online digital library is a new product that we launched and is a great product, therefore, we are promoting it for people to try it out and not scam you. Once the order is registered, an order confirmation email is sent which gives the complete details of all the items purchased. A separate email is sent with login instructions and how to access the digital library. It is not mandatory to take it, during checkout you can decide if you want to try it or not.We are happy to see that you reached out to us and our customer support team has already addressed your query on time. And, as per your request, the subscription has been canceled and a refund was issued for the same.If you would need anything in the future just know that we are always here to help!PDIC Customer Support Team!
