    I ordered a set of books for my great grandson on feeling Anxious, Sad and *****. I love them and am sure they will be helpful as he grows up. Anxiety runs in our family.

    November 2022 I had ordered a 3 book bundle and 30 day trial.When I checked my email order confirmation I saw that they added another bundle to my order.I immediately called customer service but they had already closed and be back on Monday.I sent an email to customer service asking that they delete the added bundle from my order.I received an email telling me they couldn't do that because my order was already processed.I asked for a return label to be sent to me so I could send back the additional bundle.I was told they don't do that but I could keep the books at a discount rather they have the hassle of returning the books.I cancel the trial,I did not want to chance being charged.When the books arrived I returned all the books unopened to the address that I was instructed to and emailed them my tracking #.I know they received the books,I have a receipt.It is now May and I still have not received a refund.

The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. It wont be added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying YES, add it to my order!. 

    I see that you reached out to us back on 11/28/22, but I was unable to find any other emails from that email address informing us of the return tracking information. I have processed the refund for the returned items today and you should see that reflected on your end within 3-5 business days.

    This company steal from people. I placed the order for 5 books (1 set of 3 plus 2 extra books). They added automanother set for $19.99. I did not click anything that I want them. I contacted them, they were supposed to remove them from my order and refund me money but they didn't. Instead they charged me $97.00!This company is the worst. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not order from them. They steal from people who want to help their children and buy educational books. This company is a scam!

    In regard to the subscription($97 charge), we've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. In addition, after the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested. Since the free trial expired without a cancellation, you were billed the yearly subscription charge.

    I also see that you spoke with our Customer Support Team a few days ago and that they processed refunds for both the book bundle ($21.20) and for the subscription ($97). These can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your end. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.     I ordered 3 books from this company. They sent a total of 6 books and billed me *****. I sent them a email that I only ordered 3 and to STOP sending me anything. I received an email from them stating sorry for the inconvenience and they would stop.April 13 I found a charge on my credit card for ******! It is a REOCCURRING charge! I have secured nothing from they but they are charging my credit card. I personally regret getting involved with this company! I should have just gone to a book store and purchased what I wanted. Now I have to dispute this with the credit card company. I had to pay for more than I ordered and have to fight to STOP this company from taking more money from me. I WISH I NEVER HAD GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH THIS. This is my personal story.

    We understand that mistakes can happen and we have 30 day refund policy to help resolve issues such as this. You can send your items to the address below within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please include your name, email, and phone number with your return. Once the items are in-transit back to us, you simply need to contact us with tracking number and well proceed with a full refund.

    I see that you initiated a chargeback through your bank for the subscription charge and the a refund was issued to you on 4/24/23.

    DESPITE reading these reviews and passing it onto my mother-in-law, she was certain she purchased ONLY the three books we received. INSTEAD, she was LATER charged $97!!! Which is THREE TIMES MORE than what she already paid at the checkout for three little paperback books! PDIC, youre reading these reviews. This is seriously un-Christlike, guys! S-T-O-P! Your practices are hypocritical. This is deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves. But, youre probably in debt and making bad decisions to pay these poor authors and illustrators to build their brand and yours. I wonder if they know youre the Theranos of childrens books.For the man or woman behind the customer support for this company, leave now. Dont bother with a reply. This business is on its way out and is trying to steal as much money as possible before it gets shutdown and the three months of reviews is plenty response we need as customers. Seriously. Heed this wisdom. Say your thanks and leave.BBB, do the right thing. Shut it down now.

    I was unable to find an order associated with the name or email address listed on this review, but hopefully I can provide some clarification. Certain items include a free trial of our digital content with your purchase. After the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested. Because the trial period lapsed without a cancellation, you were billed the yearly subscription charge. 

    We've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. It would also have been listed as a line item on the final screen where the order is submitted. I don't want you to pay for something that you did not want and won't use.     My complaint is much like those below about the charge showing up a few weeks later than the initial order. I looked to see if any subscription was shown on the disclosures that I could see and I did not see anything. I will be requesting a refund or disputing the charge through my credit card company. However they sell you books, their trade practices are deceptive.
