    Amazing. Great books at a great price. Fairly reasonable shipping speed. Great leaning lessons for kids. All books should be this well priced.

    Same as many others. I thought I was buying three books. I was sneakily charged $97 for their digital subscription. What's worse, I unsubscribed a total of 17 times from their emails. I also sent 5 emails in response saying PLEASE stop spamming me. They assured me each time I was removed and it hasn't stopped. They are a scam of a company. Stay away.

    Books are great and arrived early. I was late canceling my trial and a rep responded quickly and refunded the full amount. Great experience.

    Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! When placing my order, after choosing the 3 books I wanted, I was charged double and a set of books was added that I could not remove. After reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an additional charge from them for $102.82. I have emailed the company for an explanation. However, from reading these comments, it appears I was auto-enrolled in some subscription that I had no idea about. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

The first bundle is the one that you originally chose to order. The second would have been offered to you as a discounted item prior to the checkout screen. It wont be added to an order unless the customer clicks the button saying YES, add it to my order!. In regard to the subscription, we've done our best to ensure that the information concerning the free trial of our digital content is presented to customers multiple times throughout the shopping/purchasing process. In addition, after the order was placed, you would have received an email with instructions for accessing the content as well as how to cancel the trial if you werent interested.I see that you've spoken with one of our Customer Support Agents and that they have taken care of confirming the cancellation of the subscription and processed a refund for the full amount.     Buyer Beware!!!! I ordered a set of books, received 2 sets (supposedly I clicked yes to add another to the order, which I did not) and was charged almost double. Then I was autoenrolled in a yearly subscription for $97 + tax. So very frustrating. This is obviously a fraudulent company that is preying on parents that want to help their children with emotional distress and this company just wants to take your money by using covert tactics. Do NOT buy from them! The BBB needs to investigate this company and shut them down!

Please include your name, email, and phone number with your return. Once the items are in-transit back to us, you simply need to contact us with tracking number and well proceed with a full refund.     I would give them a zero, but it is not available. I ordered 6 of their books and it took just over 2 weeks to get them. Then 5 days after I received the books I got an unapproved charge of $97.00 on my PayPal for some digital book thing. I did not want digital access, because I think that is a waste. The way it read was that i had to sign up for it, which I didn't. This is internet theft at it's best and of course they will get away with it. I liked the books and had planned to by more, but now I will discourage anyone wanting them and will never buy another one from them, because they steal from unsuspecting customers. Shame on them!!!!!!!

    I have been impressed with PDIC ever since I first heard about it, some 4 years ago. The books are: colorful, age-appropriate, great teaching tools, and thoroughly loved by children and adults alike. I'm the self-proclaimed "book auntie" for my great nieces and nephews, and we have no complaints on that score.I'm saddened by the many reports of customer difficulties, but have to admit I've experienced some of it myself. NO ONE likes the "trial" offers that roll over into automatic recurring charges. Why can't the digital offer be listed like any other book product, and the customer would be well aware of ordering it or or not?The order completion and check out process could use a little revision. I often buy things that have a "buy 2 get 1 free" type of set up. I never "order" *****the free ones are automatically added at check-out. PDIC requires the order to be for 3, and then the adjustment is made during check out. This is reverse from my other experience. That error cost me; when I questioned my delivery, I was given the explanation, but no adjustments were offered. I simply didn't order "properly." That was disappointing. And the $5 sale was great, but also confusing. It was unclear--most cases that applied only to the paper back books, and hard-cover remained at original prices. In a few cases, the paperback was still the original price, but a few hard-cover books had a reduced price. It was difficult navigating through all the books to make distinctions.Customer service is helpful, but hard to reach. Even phone calls require a "ticket?"Last month I placed 3 orders on the same day. Delivery was not as expected, and, interestingly, the first order placed was the last to be delivered. Odd?I'm guessing you're still working a lot on your own, and business has mushroomed to the point you don't have enough staff to handle all the customer help requests and packaging and shipping. Here's hoping you can work on that!
